We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.

Nice staff, great selection of Tesla vehicles. Good prices. It took a while to get seen but they were short staffed. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the car. But I will be back for it soon.

The F82 M4 will go down in history! The looks are timeless, so much power, and very reliable. One of the best bang for your buck sports cars. However if you are looking for a comfortable daily driver this is not the car for you. It is stiff and you feel every bump in the road. Not a bad thing but if you want more comfort get a 440i. This car does what it is supposed to do perfectly.

I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. IMO one of the most beautiful cars in and out. Has a stiff ride with great power. Many many control options from stereo to performance. Only drawback is not a lot of interior storage.

They give great service everytime without fail. My service advisor Sergio is the best there is. I can always count on him to let me know what's going on with my car and what I need to keep it running in tip top shape.

Luxury and outstanding performance. High quality leather and carbon fiber interior combined with 11.3 second quarter mile, outstanding handling and brakes. Best infotainment I've seen on any car. No other car in this price range matches it.

Great performance car, also comfortable. 6 speed manual convertible with several different programmable drive modes. Meant to be driven, this car is as easy to drive locally as on the open road. Trunk space is negligible with the top down. Black on black— a head turner.

Love the versatility of this sports car. Track and travel worthy. Comfortably fits larger people. Love the hard top convertible. Carbon ceramic brakes amazing. Trim and paint color very nice. Styling hasn't changed much over 5 years of F83.
