Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.

My experience with this dealership was very informative. They were quick to respond to my questions and eased concerns.

IMO one of the most beautiful cars in and out. Has a stiff ride with great power. Many many control options from stereo to performance. Only drawback is not a lot of interior storage.

Vincent (Vinnie) Adduci was a great help ordering a new 2026 X7 xDrive40i. I wanted the rear steering for parking maneuverability (2VH--Integral Active Steering) without ordering the V-8 (2VH is standard on the X7 M60i). The BMW national website does not let you add the DHP option (dynamic handling package with 2VH) for the 40i when building a virtual X7. Vinnie knew you could order that option and also double-checked for me. The loyalty, discount, and trade-in value offered were excellent and so he ordered the X7 40i with all the options I wanted, including DHP, and it will be built in a few weeks. Great service at BMW West. Joanna keeps us informed about everything and makes sure all that needs to be done is taken care of quickly and for a reasonable price. The free maintenance and warranty work is done with no trouble or issues at all. Any recall notices (rare) are also checked by Joanna. The service at Porsche of Sugar Land is fantastic, and my service adviser Matt Blevins kept me posted throughout the process, he is amazing. My car had to be towed to the dealership due to a flat tire. Five stars all the way!

He's a great salesman- I have always given 5 star reviews to carmax- but Jeff deserves a huge 5 star review too!

I had an appointment with Jaime Huezo, he had the car bought around for my inspection, settled on a price and the process was over in a matter of minutes. It was the easiest car experience I've experienced.

Love the versatility of this sports car. Track and travel worthy. Comfortably fits larger people. Love the hard top convertible. Carbon ceramic brakes amazing. Trim and paint color very nice. Styling hasn't changed much over 5 years of F83.
