During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. We met Sami Asadourian when we went to BMW New Century looking for an X3. We had initially looked at a loaner special to lease, and Sami took us for a test drive. After the test drive, we realized the car doesn’t have one of the options we absolutely wanted. Sami was very helpful in locating another vehicle that has all of the options we wanted. After a couple of hours of negotiation and finally came to an agreement on the terms, we went to look at the car – only to find out it doesn’t have something else we wanted. We were all tired and decided we should just go home. Sami told us he will find the car we both wanted, down to each options and packages. Boy did he come through! He called us the next day to let us know he found the car we wanted. To top it off, it’s an even better car – 2019, instead of 2018, and a better monthly payment! When we got to the dealer, the car was washed and ready to go. All we had to do was take care of paperwork. He made the process seamless, and made sure we wouldn't have to spend too much time there on our second day. All in all, we are very happy with our new car and very grateful for Sami’s dedication in finding us the perfect car. We would definitely go back to Sami for our future car needs, and we would highly recommend him to our family & friends, and to anyone shopping for a new BMW.

Although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from STA, I'm happy to have discovered them. Jonathan took care of me right away, and allowed me to fully test the Cayenne GTS that drew me to the dealer. Things to note - This 3rd party dealer specializes in Porsche sales and repairs, that means they have a great inventory of older to newer Porsche's for sale and a full mechanic shop on site. So why not 5 stars overall? Well, unfortunately the GTS they had wasn't in the best shape and clearly needed some TLC before being shown for sale (car parts in the trunk, battery dead, ash tray stuck open). Now this could have been due to bad timing on my part but still - if you are going to specialize in Porsche sales and charge at the higher end of the cars value then the cars on the lot need to exude the German values the brand is known for. That being said I have my eyes on future offerings from this dealer and hope something wows me into a sale next time.
