This is my first experience with Fletcher Jones and it has been a good one so far. Buying a car long distance, sight unseen is always a bit of a challenge and potentially a risk. I feel very good about the responsiveness and customer care provided by Fletcher Jones staff. As car delivery is still in front of us, the jury is out on this experience, but I anticipate a very positive outcome. Fletcher Jones reputation provided a lot of confidence.

Luxury and outstanding performance. High quality leather and carbon fiber interior combined with 11.3 second quarter mile, outstanding handling and brakes. Best infotainment I've seen on any car. No other car in this price range matches it.

I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. I worked with Ed, who went out of his way not only to reassure me that I had secured my spot as the buyer, but also provide me with photos and updates as the car went through the reconditioning and detailing process. Ed was extraordinarily responsive, answering my (many) texts within minutes! Ed demonstrated exceptional professionalism, caring and compassion. I would buy another car from him in a heartbeat.

Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.

Honest, fair pricing, no extra charges, and great after sales service. I think this is just in their DNA, this the great reviews from all their customers.

So far, which admittedly is only a month and 800 miles, but so far, loving it. Traded in a Cadillac V Series (The true "V" series and prior to the Blackwing V Series) and I find the M4 Competition to offer a slightly more comfortable ride in the softest setting versus the Cadillac and roughly the same handling capabilities in the "sport" settings. Still getting used to BMW's steering though. Just something different with it and maybe once I get used to I'll trust the M4 even more than the Caddy?

The F82 M4 will go down in history! The looks are timeless, so much power, and very reliable. One of the best bang for your buck sports cars. However if you are looking for a comfortable daily driver this is not the car for you. It is stiff and you feel every bump in the road. Not a bad thing but if you want more comfort get a 440i. This car does what it is supposed to do perfectly.

Not built for comfort, built for speed. The CS interior is minimalist. When you slide into it, there’s no question what you are there for. The car will snap your head back and paste you up against the door panel—“Freude am fahren”—form follows function. Like they said of the Spitfire in the Battle of Britain, you don’t sit in it, you wear it.

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. My Allstate insurance agent sent me a list of recommendations of used vehicles fitting my style and referred me to Auto Nation in Cerritos.
