I have been buying autos for over 50 years, but never had a SUV with all the modern electronics this vehicle has. The negotiation process went smooth and I was satisfied with the trade in amount for my old vehicle. Mr. Shelby explained everything thoroughly and took the time to give me a crash course on how to operate all the controls. This has been the best auto buying experience for me in half a century.
