I purchased a vehicle there a few days ago and my experience was FANTASTIC! I was shopping from out of state and my salesperson Alfredo made the whole process super easy and agreeable from my initial phone call and all the way until I took delivery of the car. Our negotiations were straightforward, he facilitated getting the car to a shop for a pre-purchase inspection I’d setup and also contacted a company for me to get a temporary wrap for the car to be protected on my drive home back to NC (shout out to Alex and the guys over at ONEighty who fit me in on short notice. Thank you!). Once I got in town at Staten Island, Alfredo’s team was super accommodating and welcoming as well. Thanks are also due to Adam (owner), Sha (social media), Arty (Swiss army knife lol) and everyone else that made me feel like part of the team. This was a great experience. This car is incredible. Note that I might be a little biased because this was my dad's first M car way back when, and I was basically born in this thing, but my 2000 M5 isn't leaving my ownership anytime soon. Threw a pair of HRE's and Continentals on there, and the xxxx thing just goes wherever you want it to go! It performs better the harder you drive it. And as a family car to drive my friends and family around in, or even do grocery trips with some fun in between stoplights, this may be the perfect car. For the money that they go for now, you can't get much more bang for the buck out of any car. As of late Aug, 2022, their market values have been on the rise as they're becoming less "old cars" and more "vintage supercars". The model year is from 2000 to 2003. The 2003 models will usually have the alcantara interior instead of leather, and it's a little facelifted. Nothing too noticeable. My 2000 is incredible enough. Awesome legroom in the front and back, a very BMW-esque reliable and forgiving engine and platform for beginners, and speaking of beginners, this is the car I used to learn how to drive a stick shift. Amazing clutch feel and response, and i would 10/10 recommend that you get a manual over the automatics because this era was near the beginning of automatic transmissions and they weren't that great in any car until like 2006/07 to be honest. Hope this helped you decide to buy arguably the overall best car to come out of BMW's M division.

Great sleeper car aka king of highway! It's a quiet beast! Smooth, luxury, comfortable ride with the needed power when in demand. Black On Black makes heads turn and is quite noticeable in a positive way but also OG style. It’s the ultimate driving machine and not many problems as some people make it seem BMWs to have. I would say BMWs are hit or miss and F10 M5 competition are pretty reliable. Just like any other car, take care of it and it will not disappoint you.

Having Mike Elder and his team relocate to Manhasset is a proverbial wish come true! As a local resident, I couldn’t be more pleased. This car is incredible. It is so fast right front the factory and has so much luxury and comfort I am blown away. I have owned over 20 cars and this is by far the best one. Every time I slide into the driver seat and cruise around it brings nothing but smiles to my face.

Really appreciated the process with Brad. Emailed back and forth about the final price of the car and just had to go in and do paperwork and pick it up. Highly recommend working with him - ask for Brad if you're going with this dealership. The only issue we had was with Heather, the Finance Delivery Specialist. We hadn't gone over the registration with anyone and when we told her that we had our own plates, she got very flustered and quite annoyed at us. She told us in a huff that she had to do the paperwork all over again. We then just asked about the financing term length and she snapped at us saying "I can't change that. That's set." Not only could she have been nicer, I'm pretty sure if we said we want a shorter financing length, we can do it. She just made it feel like we were wasting her time. Would not recommend working with her at all. Overall, really liked how thorough and great this dealership was. They made sure we understood all the aspects of the car and Brad was helpful and patient with the process.
