He wasn't pushy and genuinely took his time answering every question so we felt valued. You do not see this in other car sale establishments. It was refreshing!! Brandon spent a lot of time doing everything to meet our needs and he and Jordon (his manager) made it happen! Salesman was great! The price was just right. We didn’t get everything with the car that was listed in their online description—the individualized list. Car mats listed—no car mats. Only 1 fob! Said it had a console between second row seats—nope. It wasn’t a deal breaker but they didn’t make any of it right or adjust the price. Some people would have walked away.

Brought my 2024 X1 in due to a recall notice. Left the car overnight and Kevin and the service team took care of the problem. They also found other issues that they immediately resolved. Very glad that Kevin is back at BMW.

One thing I will say the price on the vehicle is set there is no wiggle room they are already priced low, I agree. What got me was no one was pushing me to buy the guy Alec who helped me take it out for a spin was freaking awesome and showed me some cool features. Antonio the sales rep got me a mind blower 2.49 financing I was sold.
