I reached out to many dealerships in regards to a particular vehicle I was looking for. Some dealers don’t respond at all to emails or even calls made. Some of the particular filters were set that didn’t align with what I searched. Philip Allen at Hendricks BMW responded, verified immediately as to what he had. A deal was struck and I flew out and made the purchase. He picked me up at the airport in the vehicle and after a short drive back, paperwork was executed and I was on my way. My salesman was excellent.
My salesman was excellent. When i went to the dealership pretty much knew what I wanted, but the car had to be ordered from Germany, a three month process. Carl kept me informed as things progressed and most importantly was very helpful at delivery keeping the closing process as short as possible. Carl's follow up was as good as i have ever experienced and was very helpful with any questions i had and always got back to me when i texted him . My only suggestion for the dealership is a little more time be provided the buyer regarding options for insurance for things such as tire and wheel damage which i would have purchased, but the only time to consider was in the middle of closing countless documents.

This is the second time Jeff Day has been my service advisor and I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. He takes the time to explain all options and doesn’t try to sell me on additional services I don’t yet need. I work up town and needed a smaller car to make commuting a little easier. Have always been interested in BMWs but never found anything that was a good fit. This time things were different. I stopped by on a whim and met Zach out on the lot. He was very keen to help and gave me some great suggestions. Wound up going with an X1 and so far couldn’t be happier.
