If I could, I would give them 20 stars! They never let me down when I need help. For instance, they picked up my car from the Starbucks when my tire was completely flat. They came to me took the keys and assured me not to worry about the rest. The service advisor, Jerry, arranged for my car to be picked up in a very short time. The tow truck driver, whose name I can't remember at the moment, was very quick and didn't let me worry about anything. He simply took my keys and took care of everything else. By the next day, my car was ready for pick-up. I don?t have enough words to express my gratitude for all their efforts and for always being outstanding in what they do.

The promotions offered helped to reduce our cost (4 tires for the price of 3, and reduced maintenance rates for older vehicles). Our service advisor Eduardo was fantastic, handling everything professionally (as usual) and communicating clearly what was being done and when it would be completed. Even though we spent over $2k, the entire experience was very positive!
