Great for a small/short person. Not comfortable for tall people. Love all the premium features. All leather interior, navigation, heated seats and steering wheel, memory seating. Electric adjustable passenger seat. Not a great sound system though.

This is an update from my February 1, 2019 review. I have now owned the vehicle for nearly seven years. I’ve personally driven nearly 20,000 miles in it. The vehicle now has nearly 50,000 miles on the odometer. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a BMW dealership. I have maintained the vehicle to manufacturer specifications. I have only paid for routine maintenance. I have paid for zero repairs. My previous review is confirmed. Full disclosure, two repairs were covered under warranty by the BMW dealership when I purchased the vehicle and one other repair was performed by a different BMW dealership due to their mistake during a routine service.

Excellent Customer Service; all representatives were professional and sincerely helpful in this process. Our family was greatly assisted by the sales representative, David, who ensured he could meet the needs of our family! He and his team allowed us to move forward with a vehicle in our budget.

The BMW X1 has a handsome cabin full of premium materials. Space is reasonably good for a small SUV, with a nice amount of head- and legroom in both rows. The engine produces ample power for daily driving. Whether you are commuting down the highway, driving to the grocery store, or taking off quickly from a red light, the BMW X1 can do it all.

Gave the place a missed call and Mike called me right back. They told me to come for an appraisal instantly and did not make me wait. I arrived and everyone there was extremely friendly and kind (great atmosphere!). John and Mike then proceeded to help me with the car and appraisal. Process was quick, easy and a breeze. Just got a Bmw 528i 2016 from this dealership, the car was purchased exactly from a month ago, its been running good and no significant problems. I would like to thanks Alex for helping me out, when i went to buy i month ago the car had a check engine light, i asked Alex about it and he agreed to get it fixed for me which took 1 week, honestly i was a little disappointed at first but i trusted it them and they got it ready for me, and they were also good with the prices and no scams as i understood it was just a dealership fee. So, overall i would suggest this dealership as they didn't disappointment me much and thanks to Alex for helping me out.

I've had three 2015 X1's. Drove the wheels off one, one got stolen and on my third. Love this car! So economical and the gps is off satellite, not cell tower. Get maps ANYWHERE, for life. I only have 72k on it and will be my last vehicle.

So reliable and fun to drive, even in snow. I’m tall and seats are comfy, even in rear. Very versatile with good cargo space. Love the kick-to-open rear door. Mileage is around 28 mpg, it requires premium fuel. It drives a little sluggish when not in Sport mode.

I brought a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage ES back in 2019 from Jason. The car will finally be paid up by October 2024. This car has never had an issue. Probably 5 flat tires in a 5 year span. I would definitely shop here again. I was in and out, even with poor credit. They work with you.

Most comfortable car I have ever driven. My 6th BMW. So easy to get into tight parking spaces. Brakes a bit tight- need to get used to!

2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

I couldn't be happier with this vehicle. It was made for ME! Its height makes it easy and painless to enter and exit the driver's seat with my arthritic knees....I just slide in & out in nicely! The "head up" feature is very helpful every day. Those are the best headlights ever for night driving. No complaints from this customer-in her 3rd X!

As a first-time car owner in my 30’s Andre and Dominic made the experience pleasurable and headache free. I spent months doing my research online and going in-person to different dealerships to compare prices and conditions of cars that were used, new and leased and Duran Auto by far exceeded my expectations. Dominic provided the CarFax without me having to ask and told me about the recalls (they resolved them) before I even read through them. They held the car for me while I went through the insurance process which took a little longer than expected. Dominic checked in through text but at no point did I feel pressured. They also handled the DMV portion of license and registration so when I went to finalize paperwork and payment, I was able to leave with my car, set & ready to go with no extra steps. The process was fast and painless. They also provided me with a warranty that you can choose to extend later down the line for an additional reasonable cost. I will likely choose to extend my warranty, as my father has been going to Andre for work on his car for years and he is always transparent and reasonable in pricing. My father has also purchased one of his used vehicles from Andre; after seeing how well it has lasted for him, I knew when we saw this car that it was the right fit for me. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and purchase. Good luck to you in your car journey, I would recommend you give Duran Auto a chance in your search!

I’ve had this car for seven years. I’ve had to change the water pump once two years ago and just recently the valve gasket. apart from that over the last seven years nothing else needed to be fixed or replaced. Currently has just over 150,000 km. I absolutely love this car drives super well. It’s not a lemon doesn’t give me any headache, I live in Canada in the winter it is very icy lots of snow and I just have no issue whatsoever with his vehicle. Car is paid off still looks brand new no rust scratches just as white as the day I purchased it. I cannot recommend this car enough. I absolutely love it. Also, the service of BMW when it was guaranteed, was beyond excellent , if I had to buy another car, I would most probably buy another BMW. I’m gonna use this car until it completely gives out. I can’t imagine that happening anytime soon as it is still in mint condition in my opinion.

The first thing one notices is the quietness of the ride. After that, the handling - surefooted and solid. Love the extensive sunroof. Only owned the car a short while, so hard to comment on value for the money, but loving the easy acceleration of this car and the smooth handling around curves. I wanted a smaller vehicle since usually just me, but one that can handle winter driving and steep hills. The X1 more than fits that bill.

This vehicle is the most comfortable vehicle I have ever owned. It provides a quiet, smooth ride. For me, it is easy to enter and exit. I love the fact that the rear seats fold down and allows for more hauling space. The rear storage bin also provides room for carrying items. There are many features that add class and style to my driving experience.

Highs: 1. It feels and drives like a BMW: sure-footed, agile, responsive and tight. 2. Materials, fit/finish, and aesthetics are good. 3. Tech is great, I particularly like the heads-up display. 4. All this in a small, practical package with decent storage space in the back. Lows: 1. Run-flat tires are firm and make the ride rough. I replaced mine with standard tires which meant purchasing an aftermarket spare. 2. Standard front seats are too short for anyone over 6'. I purchased one with the sport seats. 3. Ingress/egress is a little tight. 4. Worst glove box ever made; small and designed so that things fall out when opened. Overall, this is a great car IF you're looking for the driving experience of a BMW in a small, efficient package. If you're looking for the cushy ride of a Buick, this may not be for you.

Smallest SUV in the range and it still drives confidently. Plenty of power and torque from the turbo 4-cylinder. A very refined ride. Interior appointments remind you that you’ve bought a quality car.

Its too soon to know about reliability but the performance is outstanding. It maneuvers beautifully in city traffic as well as interstate driving. It is quiet and feels put together well.

Nice size for a mini SUV. Timeless exterior look and classy interior. Good power and handling. Drives like a car. We haven’t had a lot of snow yet but so far the all wheel drive seems to manage slippery roads well.
