The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.

Seamless experience. I recently experienced a cracked windshield on my Z4. They arranged the repair, had an excellent loaner available for me and all was accomplished before I expected. Never had a problem with this dealership.

The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

Same day service for belts and spark plugs. In and out the door fast. I even went to the wrong branch and was still served! Wonderfully efficient.

Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

I have purchased two cars from this dealer the first being a 2013 BMW X6 and the second being a range rover both experiences were amazing. Both times I worked with Brandon Powe. He is extremely helpful and consistent and process was quick and smooth. Also, they have a some of the best prices I’ve ever seen for luxury vehicles my BMW I purchased from them back in 2021 I have not had any major issues out of it and it runs great. The range rover I bought for my little sister last month and she loves it. No issues at all. I have absolutely no complaints and will be back to buy my next car from them. Just picked-up the X1 on Mar 28th and had a great ride home from the dealership. Handles very well on the road with ample torque when needed. Hate the start/stop mechanics and the fact that you must deactivate each time. Hate the ConnectDrive thing—beware this is a sinister ploy to get more of your dollars and convert once standard car features into subscription services. It is evil. Love the interior. This is my third BMW, so I think this X1 interior is quite good for the money and I am astounded by the standard features list—Wow! And there’s a spare tire with tools in the trunk, WHAT!? I use a touch screen all day, so the tech is no stretch, as long as it works. We shall see, the OS is new. Dual clutch….hmmm, it has its advantages, but smooth take off ain’t one of ‘em. The seats are superb and the cabin very clean. Love the cargo space. This is a good vehicle for a certain group of buyers who want cargo and fun. This is a smart ICE choice, and I hope there will eventually be a U.S. bound iX1.

New bmw x1. Glides…effortless driving. Incredible performance. I’ve had three other x1’s prior…nothing comes close to the handling of the 2023. However…the huge screen is distracting, it’s not user friendly and by the time I figure out the new gadgets I’ll be ready for a new lease🤷🏻‍♀️

Had a very pleasant experience with Matt Webber and Dave Pearson at the Dealership. Matt was very good with the financing portion and Dave was a very positive person for the purchase. I would recommend going to the dealer and ask for these two Managers.

I worked with Dave and Trevor on my new QX60. After an initial questionable experience I was able to meet Dave. He is extremely good at what he does and any car dealer should know that he is the very best at his trade. I would recommend Dave for a promotion but I believe he is the top dog there already. This is an update from my February 1, 2019 review. I have now owned the vehicle for nearly seven years. I’ve personally driven nearly 20,000 miles in it. The vehicle now has nearly 50,000 miles on the odometer. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a BMW dealership. I have maintained the vehicle to manufacturer specifications. I have only paid for routine maintenance. I have paid for zero repairs. My previous review is confirmed. Full disclosure, two repairs were covered under warranty by the BMW dealership when I purchased the vehicle and one other repair was performed by a different BMW dealership due to their mistake during a routine service.
