2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

In response to mikes review from yesterday , I just want to make it clear that this person wrote the review out of the for the simple reason that they did not get the answer they wanted. No one was rude or condescending. They were told about the companies policy, which is not to give out the door pricing over the phone because although we may agree in pricing , the customer may find something wrong or may simply not like the vehicle in person . This leaves both the salesperson and customer disappointed . Hence why they were told that once they come in , visually inspect the car, test drive and see if it’s to their liking then we can sit down and discuss numbers. For some was so ready to buy two cars and have a check ready they were awfully concerned with numbers beforehand . Mind you, the price is always negotiable within reason. What was rude was the fact that when they were told about the policy they said “ Well you’re not getting any business from me !” And hung up … that part was conveniently omitted from the review. Great for a small/short person. Not comfortable for tall people. Love all the premium features. All leather interior, navigation, heated seats and steering wheel, memory seating. Electric adjustable passenger seat. Not a great sound system though.

Smallest SUV in the range and it still drives confidently. Plenty of power and torque from the turbo 4-cylinder. A very refined ride. Interior appointments remind you that you’ve bought a quality car.

Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

Its too soon to know about reliability but the performance is outstanding. It maneuvers beautifully in city traffic as well as interstate driving. It is quiet and feels put together well.

I've had three 2015 X1's. Drove the wheels off one, one got stolen and on my third. Love this car! So economical and the gps is off satellite, not cell tower. Get maps ANYWHERE, for life. I only have 72k on it and will be my last vehicle.

Kristina Melendy was our finance consultant. She was unbelievable. She listened to what our needs were. She asked a lot of questions and was extremely knowledgeable. The dealership was very busy. However, I never felt rushed. Both of your employees took the time to help us in any way they can. Many dealerships can learn a lesson from both of these outstanding human beings. Kristina talked about how much she loves working at BMW and how honored she feels to work in such a positive environment. Gregor talked about all the training and support he gets from an unbelievable company. I have worked at Gap Inc and was the director of stores for 11 years. I understand customer service at its core. You are a very lucky company to have employees like both of these. You also have a customer for life with this wonderful adventure. As a first-time car owner in my 30’s Andre and Dominic made the experience pleasurable and headache free. I spent months doing my research online and going in-person to different dealerships to compare prices and conditions of cars that were used, new and leased and Duran Auto by far exceeded my expectations. The men were patient, thorough, and transparent. I was able to test drive the car same day – no appointment needed. Dominic provided the CarFax without me having to ask and told me about the recalls (they resolved them) before I even read through them. They held the car for me while I went through the insurance process which took a little longer than expected. Dominic checked in through text but at no point did I feel pressured. They also handled the DMV portion of license and registration so when I went to finalize paperwork and payment, I was able to leave with my car, set & ready to go with no extra steps. The process was fast and painless. They also provided me with a warranty that you can choose to extend later down the line for an additional reasonable cost. I will likely choose to extend my warranty, as my father has been going to Andre for work on his car for years and he is always transparent and reasonable in pricing. My father has also purchased one of his used vehicles from Andre; after seeing how well it has lasted for him, I knew when we saw this car that it was the right fit for me.
