Small details, such as placing my temporary registration in the glove compartment while I collected items from my previous vehicle so I didn’t have to hold onto it, helped to make the transition smooth…true white glove service. Incredible experience from first interactions through to vehicle pickup - warm, informative and welcoming - everyone seemed to want to do more than expected in helping me purchase my car

The car drives beautifully but maintenance/repair costs are staggering. I had 5 years of car payments of ~$9000 a year. During these first 5 years I only did oil changes and tires (whenever I hit one of the pot holes on I-97). I finished paying of the car loan two years ago. Since then I have had to replace/repair parts for about $12,000. Last time I was in I was told I need to replace the entire headlight assembly including the control module which was burnt because the LED had shorted. I was quoted about $6,700.00 to replace both headlight assemblies. If I do this I will have spent almost $19,000.00 in repairs on a 2019 BMW in less than two years. Again, it drives beautifully and the dealership service is great. But I am not exaggerating when I say it has been a huge disappointment when it comes to the cost of ownership. It is a money pit.
