My x drive diesel gives me 14.5 - 15km per liter which is exceptional and handles like a sports car. Run flats are hard but not an issue. There seems to be a issue with the engine mountings as both x2 cars I had and have, have had to have them replaced with the new design engine mountings. No major issues.

I used to drive a BMW 328ix and wanted to upgrade to a bigger car, but not too big. The X2 was a nice in between model and it still gives the couple look, but it is an SUV. The car doesn't drive as smooth as my couple, but I suspect that I will get used to it. I am not a huge fan of the seats, but I like that there are several options to adjust for comfort. I do wish that the side view mirrors had the sensors to detect cars driving next to you and I wish that the panoramic sunroof opened all the way. Other than those minor things, very nice car.

If you want an SUV that is not bulky and still have the feel of driving a sedan, this is the vehicle for you. It is very comfortable on road trips, better than the X1 or X3 when it comes to how comfortable the seat is for the driver. I test drove other X models and the seats were not as comfortable and they felt bulky and more like a truck than a car on the road. This is definitely a crossover with all of the luxuries of a sedan in an suv.

John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. There is a recall on there faulty motors. Mine blew up one day. They did everything in there power to not cover the problem. Today I took back a brand new part to get my $300.00 back, and was told it was over 90 days and I couldn't return it. So I'm out of a little over $5000.00.

Originally had no intention of purchasing a BMW, however, I saw it at COSTCO, looked at the price and it was comparable to another make of vehicle on the same line as the BMW X2, but for a lower price. Knowing the BMW reputation, I decided to go look.
