The service process from start to finish was great. The Service Advisor meet me quickly and listen to my concern. The Technician did a through inspection. Great communication from both Advisor and Technician, all issue were addressed and repairs completed.

highly recommend Huebner! I went purchased a new 2022 Subaru outback but while looking at the lot I saw the Crosstrek and changed my mind and wanted a Crosstrek. They only had the one on the lot that someone was purchasing. Rob Forbes was able to hold us a Crosstrek that was coming in on the next truck. The Crosstrek was delayed but this was not the dealership fault, they have no control. Rob kept us up to date on the arrival of the Crosstrek. When we went in the paperwork was already setup and ready to sign with finance. Rob took the time to set up all apps on our phones and explain all the bells and whistle of the Crosstrek. We used to have a 2018 Subaru Legacy which we traded in for the Crosstrek. We purchased the Legacy at Huebner whenever we need service, we had no issues getting the car in for service, and They always checked for any warranties. Overall, I highly recommend Huebner as each department works with the customers. I will return to Huebner.

My x drive diesel gives me 14.5 - 15km per liter which is exceptional and handles like a sports car. Run flats are hard but not an issue. There seems to be a issue with the engine mountings as both x2 cars I had and have, have had to have them replaced with the new design engine mountings. No major issues.

I?ve taken my car to Valencia BMW multiple times, and they continue to impress me. Taylor (service advisor) always takes great care of my vehicle and provides excellent customer service. I also had the chance to work with Jose, who explained in detail the work that was done. All in all, a great experience?I?ll definitely keep bringing my vehicles to this location.

Great car. I was always a Toyota man, but wife liked the styling of the X2. I am happy I bought it. Superb handling, excellent gas mileage (25-27) overall. I am very happy with the X2.

worked with Carson in service after having an emergency situation about 1.5 hours from home. I had my Highlander towed to Carson and he took care of everything including calming me down and being so pleasant, calm and kind to deal with. He was able to fit my vehicle in for service within one day and took care of everything. I highly recommend their service department and Carson specifically was amazing to deal with - it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end.

If you want an SUV that is not bulky and still have the feel of driving a sedan, this is the vehicle for you. It is very comfortable on road trips, better than the X1 or X3 when it comes to how comfortable the seat is for the driver. I test drove other X models and the seats were not as comfortable and they felt bulky and more like a truck than a car on the road. This is definitely a crossover with all of the luxuries of a sedan in an suv.

Excellent quality of fit and finish everywhere. Excellent handling for a crossover. M seats and adjustments are outstanding. Driving this X2 feels like a much smaller vehicle than it is -- which is a compliment to BMW excellence.

Haven't bought a car in 23 years and Nestor was the best salesman I could have had. Bredemann was recommended to me as an honest dealer with fair prices and a car that I would leave with in excellent condition. Not certain I would buy that night but was impressed with the car and found it comfortable as well as dealing with Nestor. Excellent dealership with great people working there. I would like to give a special mention to Bryan Olivares. Bryan is a great guy, I was going to make my way to the dealership to get my new car but had no way of getting there other than waiting in prime time for a taxi. He called me and said he would come and pick me up, no problem. That's what I call great customer service and looking after your customers, as he did not have to do that. He also sorted out the registration and the licensing for me on the car. I appreciate that and the service I received. Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating.
