Used 2022 BMW X3 for sale near Chevy Chase Section Three, MD

I brought my 2021 Sportage in for an oil change and multi-point inspection. I bought the vehicle from a different Kia dealer and wanted it checked out by dealer closer to my home in DC. The service reps were prompt and courteous. Everything went smoothly. The only reason I didn’t rate my experience at five stars was because the facility was in a cramped location. They may be involved in making improvements to the service area—which would be great.

I would highly recommend Phil from the service department. He is professional , prompt at returning calls, eager to give options to customers as well as, well versed and proficient in his area of department. He listens attentively and gives feedback accordingly. I would recommend him any day to any new customer. He definitely went above and beyond to help me. My car was towed due to a flat tire. The entire service was awesome from the reporting, the towing, the Uber and Lyft transportation it’s was excellent. Jonathan contacted the next day to let me know my car needed a new tire. He was extremely professional knowledgeable and kept informed. It was an awesome experience.

We recently acquired a 2025 BMW i4 x-drive at BMW of Fairfax, VA and are very happy with it. The first day we worked with Darren Andre and did a test drive and he very thoroughly and patiently answered all our questions about the car. Clearly, he knows a ton about these cars. Then, a couple of days later, we did the sales process with Jordan Warnecke. Both were very professional and knowledgeable and took their time to explain everything. The sales process with Jordan went very smoothly and was hassle free. He quickly determined our preferences and laid out our options and discounts available to us. He was courteous and efficient. When I took delivery of the car, there was a pouring thunderstorm, but he made sure I understood the basic controls of the car so I could get home safely. And he later followed up with a second session to explain the car controls in more detail. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend BMW of Fairfax to others.
