Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Best experience I’ve had and I’ve had several in my life. I also had several prior to buying this vehicle. Kariel Nieves was my sales guru. Totally awesome gentleman and knows his stuff. Great attitude and huge knowledge of all things Lexus. Good communicator and worked with me to get my scheduled test drive and had everything ready. Very easy to get appointment. My Service Advisor was great, kept advised to my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle it was washed and clean. They did a great job for me. This is a great dealership and I would higly reccommend this dealership.

Our sales rep at BMW Mckinney was the very capable Mr. Steven Saroyan. He was nice and professional to deal with. He was very transparent with the way the process works and showed us the best deal we could go with. Car shopping is not something most people enjoy doing. I don’t pretend to speak on behalf of most people, but at least that’s what I think. I want to thank Mr. Saroyan for making the experience not terrible 😄😄. One other note, all the people in the dealership were very pleasant and friendly. We didn’t even make it inside the building before one of the employees greeted us with a smile and said hello. We were asked several times if we were doing OK and if we were being helped. And for those of you who like snack bar, there’s a good one here. It may be a small thing, but I do enjoy a well stocked and complementary snack bar.
