Michael's (Salesperson) non-pushy, detailed approach was amazing. He was clam and explained and answered all my questions. The arrival was smooth and not intimidating.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I've been a Nissan customer for years. I was recommended to call Gabriel Torres, sales person at the Palmetto57 Nissan dealer. I have gotten a couple of cars from them years ago. Gabriel made the transaction smooth and simple. He was able to get me the car I was looking for. He worked with my budget and made it happen. I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. Great experience from first phone call to set up an appointment with Stan to look at trucks to Rolando in sales office. Had an excellent experience buying a pre-owned Bentley. Car was exactly as represented. Bought based on photos and largely over the phone. When we got there, could not have been happier with the quality. There were some concerns originally based a few of the pictures, but Javier patiently hung in there and put us at ease. So glad he did! Ecstatic with the purchase. And financing was great and smooth too!
