My first Cadillac purchase was a pleasure in 2020 with salesperson Dave Robinson. I have been having my oil changed a few times since then. Renata in the service dept was great and the waiting area is comfortable with workstations, water, coffee, and snacks. They even washed my car. I highly recommend this dealership.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. Since the 90’s I have owned 5 used BMWs. Once you drive them you don’t change horses. I have been bringing them for service there since 2009. Great service and no need to wait for parts as in other garages. They are stocked. And they treat the earlier models (older) BMW customers as well as they treat someone who is either buying a brand new one or has a new one. They run the cars through the wash when finished and wipe down the interior and vacuum - and it is a very classy touch. The wifi is strong so you can get work done when you are waiting for a repair. It’s painless.

I have bought many cars in my lifetime but I can honestly say, this was one of the best car buying experiences I've had in a long time. This was my first time at AutoMax of Framingham and I was able to find the right vehicle, with the right options and at a fair price (compared to your competitors). I needed to replace one of my run-flat tires after hitting a big pothole. I called BMW Norwood in the afternoon and they were able to do it the same afternoon while I waited comfortably having coffee and snacks. Great, prompt and profesional service. I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.
