New and used 2025 BMW X3 for sale near Dranesville, VA

I would like to leave a review on Samuel Hinton. I have been researching for a s-class Mercedes via Carmax ads for the last couple of weeks. I came a cross a trade-in. that had just been received days prior at Passport BMW in camp Springs / Waldorf Maryland. upon further inquiry, I was contacted by Sam, who assisted and guided my wife and I. from start to finish. I was reluctant to make a car purchase online. Especially a Mercedes purchase at a BMW dealership. I currently live 300 miles away from the dealership. Sam assured us that this was an amazing deal on a beautiful car that was in his location for 4 days. he suggested that we put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it until we can drive to the area to test drive and view the vehicle. during this process. he made clear communication on the process, expectations. finances,vehicle inspections and warranty. I usually do not take the time out of my busy day to write reviews, but I feel we would be doing a disjustice by not making everyone aware of the outstanding services that he provided as a representative for Passport Bmw. Did I mentioned that he had all of the documentation prepared prior to our arrival, and followed up to see if we made it back home safely. Now that's what I call " CUSTOMER SERVICE We wanted Sam to know that we appreciated his workmanship and customer service for a job well done for an extremely satisfied customer.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

It was very good. I just came for an oil change, but received additional needed services. The waiting area is comfortable. Service manager was very courteous.

I had planned to wait for my car but 2 mechanics were on vacation so, I was sent home and picked up via Uber/Lyft That was a great alternative for me

Needed recall work. Finished earlier than expected. Staff kept me informed throughout the process. Facilities are clean and modern. Coffee was good. Good overall experience.

Great service from Greg Jackson. Had my car serviced with state Inspection and since my car was still within warranty, only had to pay the state Inspection fee. Car was washed, too, and the gentleman who guided me into the garage was really kind and helpful. Thank you both!

This was the fourth year of owning my BMW 330, and I haven't experienced any issues with the car. Scheduling service was simple, and they were ready for me at my appointment time. My service manager kept me informed and provided solid reasons for the recommended services that were outside of the warranty. They were able to straighten the rims, balance the tires, and align all four wheels before my scheduled pickup time. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Our sales representative, Michael Parrish, was fantastic throughout the process. The team was helpful and well-informed, and did not put pressure on us while still providing useful data to help us evaluate our choice.

I’m planning to buy my next car from him, regardless of which dealership he works at! Ricky, the finance manager, was also incredibly helpful. He patiently answered all my question. He didn’t rush me into making a decision but gave me the time and attention I needed to make an informed choice. I truly appreciated his time and patience. Max was also great! He offered to have food delivered to me while I waited for my deal to seal because I had been there for so long! I’ll happily return to this dealership, which is a 1.5-hour drive from my house, rather than the ones that are only 20 minutes away because of the exceptional service I received. Customer Service provided by our salesperson, Sorabh was excellent and very helpful in our questions on the car that we were interested in. He walked us through the tech applications and was very helpful after our purchase.We had a great experience in buying the car here.
