This was the quickest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Tony answered all of our questions, gave us a test drive, then told us what their lowest price was. No running back and forth to "the boss," no sob stories about how he's losing money on the deal, just a fair price on a nice car. I recently took my BMW 430i to Hendrick BMW Northlake for service. As always, it was a wonderful experience. From the easy check-in and explanation of services to the professionalism of the video inspection- it was all first class! This is the second time Jeff Day has been my service advisor and I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. He takes the time to explain all options and doesn’t try to sell me on additional services I don’t yet need. He made sure I was in and out within the quoted timeframe and that I was kept informed along the way. A bonus - they have a super comfortable and clean waiting area with coffee, water, snacks, etc. I will never have my BMW serviced anywhere else!

There was a recall announcement for my 2025 X5 50e. My appointment was at 7am. Upon my arrival, I met with my BMW rep Arunveer, who was in a chipper mood for 7am (refreshing). I was able to be placed in a loaner BMW and Arunveer reviewed the steps for the recall (breaking system). Throughout the day, BMW tech sent me a short video of the inspection and an overview of how X-rated (X5) was doing. The service is top-notch and if you are at the BMW location try the new coffee machine :)

My only feedback, as someone who frequently purchases high-end vehicles (Range Rover, Aston Martin, Acura, etc.), is that the dealership can get very busy and you can tell the staff was overwhelm, I think some technology could help them because people would get lost in the waiting room like we did :). This is understandable, especially on a weekend and the last day of the month—partly my timing. Overall, I look forward to building a long-term relationship with this amazing team. After almost 10 years, I’m thrilled to have a BMW back in my garage. Highly recommended!
