I can't say enough good things about Sales Manager Ramon Hart, Sales Executive Lamont Jefferson, and Finance Manager Melleny Hobbs and the Ourisman Honda team - their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. Working with them, we bought our CR-V on line - they kept and exceeded every promise they made - sent the necessary documentation quickly - and then Lamont even delivered the car to us at our home ( about an hour away from the dealership) and took the time to show us all of the features. And we got a great deal on the car, which was exactly what we wanted, too. Couldn't have been easier and hassle free - great, encouraging experience - and it was buying a car! Everything about working with Ramon, Lamont and Melleny was terrific, the interaction way ahead of the other Honda dealerships we talked with ( among those, one wanting about $2K more for the car, another insisting we come to the dealership). Routine service was a streamlined process from start to finish. Making the appointment through their website was a breeze. I brought my vehicle in at the scheduled time and was told the wait was going to be no more than 2 hours. Sure enough I was already on my way 90 minutes later. Speedy service. No surprises. This is how it should be done.

We recently acquired a 2025 BMW i4 x-drive at BMW of Fairfax, VA and are very happy with it. The first day we worked with Darren Andre and did a test drive and he very thoroughly and patiently answered all our questions about the car. Clearly, he knows a ton about these cars. Then, a couple of days later, we did the sales process with Jordan Warnecke. Both were very professional and knowledgeable and took their time to explain everything. The sales process with Jordan went very smoothly and was hassle free. He quickly determined our preferences and laid out our options and discounts available to us. He was courteous and efficient. When I took delivery of the car, there was a pouring thunderstorm, but he made sure I understood the basic controls of the car so I could get home safely.
