I had a great experience at this dealership when looking for a new car. Went window shopping and ended up leaving with a great deal on a new car. Krishma Fahim helped me narrow down on a car I wanted and provided multiple pricing options to fit my needs. She was also very knowledgeable about the different cars, and was very personable the entire time. My husband and I were looking for a car to replace mine, which was totaled in an accident. Erik, the sales representative at Stratham BMW, was fantastic! He was friendly, polite and talked to and listened to us both equally. He appeared knowledgeable in answering any questions we had about the car we were interested in. When we returned two days later to finalize payment and take possession of the car, we had a similar experience with Sovy, the financial advisor. She was friendly, competent and helpful in our selection of a few extensions. This was our third purchase from this dealership.

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. In short, thank you Mr. Frankie for your support!
