There was an initial glitch with my confirmed appointment - but the team above were both honest and great at making me feel a priority. Always a great experience over the years. However expected a little more consideration that after spending a considerable amount of money over the years the service department would not add to one’s disappoint of a diagnostic charge after letting the customer know their engine dead and a new one costs more then the car’s value. This does not lend itself to doing business in the future especially when you are going to buy a new car. I had expected more of an effort to retain a longtime costumer. I would still overall say they provide great service but with some improvements could have an even better reputation. It’s been a good ride but time to move on.

I had a great experience at this dealership when looking for a new car. Went window shopping and ended up leaving with a great deal on a new car.
