I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

Normally car shopping is a chore. No one enjoys it. The pressure to buy. The haggling. Jason was our client advisor and WOW. Very knowledgeable of the cars. Not pushy. Went above and beyond to get us all of the info we needed. Again, NOT pushy whatsoever. It felt like we were just hanging out with a friend and talking about cars. He helped us find the exact car we were looking for and got us a great deal too. We are looking forward to coming back and purchasing another vehicle from him at BMW of Fairfax.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Overall experience was good, time frame on getting in finance was longer than expected based on other experiences. Could have used more finance people, especially being the end of the year.

This was my first time at BMW of Sterling after having a bad experience at Fairfax Candice was my advisor and she took good care of me. She was personable and kept me informed through the whole process. I definitely will be returning to BMW of Sterling for my vehicle needs.

They did not waste my time. They did what they said that they were going to do. I puta deposit down on the car and I had the car the next day.

Great experience purchasing a used Toyota 4Runner. If you are going to buy a car there ask for Karim. He was a great sales person to work with. The whole process was great from beginning to end with clear communication and no surprises.

Overall very good experience. Attentive sales process, appropriate follow up and good financing offered thru BMW. Could have used more time going over all of the cars features and infotainment system. Only other issue was that car was delivered with substantially overinflated tire pressures - 48psi

I was reluctant to make a car purchase online. Especially a Mercedes purchase at a BMW dealership. I currently live 300 miles away from the dealership. Sam assured us that this was an amazing deal on a beautiful car that was in his location for 4 days. he suggested that we put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it until we can drive to the area to test drive and view the vehicle. during this process. he made clear communication on the process, expectations. finances,vehicle inspections and warranty. I usually do not take the time out of my busy day to write reviews, but I feel we would be doing a disjustice by not making everyone aware of the outstanding services that he provided as a representative for Passport Bmw. Did I mentioned that he had all of the documentation prepared prior to our arrival, and followed up to see if we made it back home safely.
