Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Inquiring about a car I found on cars.com at Cavendar Grande Ford, I reached Travis Jones. I was headed out of town and worried that the unit I was interested in might sell before I got back. Travis did a walk around video for me showing the car and the first full day I got back into town I drove the almost 1 hour across San Antonio to look at it. It was worth it. I got a fair deal, Travis was very straightforward in dealing with me and I was very impressed by the experience in “F&I”- the business office where you complete the deal. I was treated with respect and was also in and out in an hour and a half- unheard of in buying a car. There were two minor issues with the vehicle and they are both being taken car off. The car will be delivered to my home on Thursday and I couldn’t be happier. Lastly, I was blown away by the Cavendar program that covers oil changes for active duty and military veterans. This was a huge contributor to a wonderful sales experience. Buying cars can be painful, but this ranks in my top 2 or 3 all time (and I’ve bought a lot of cars).

I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.

Adam was very professional and provided updates in the days following. Unfortunately needed more work done than originally anticipated but appreciate the videos of what was found needing repair. Provided a ride home from the dealership since it wasn't a (same day) quick fix.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I put up a 2018 Toyota 4Runner on Facebook marketplace, the second day they reached out to me and gave me more than what I was asking for on marketplace. Easy as pie service, in and out. I love the car and at the same time I can't help to hate it. What I love about the car would be the luxurious interior, comfortable and quiet cabin, smooth ride, ease of access, and a few extra features that were put in as an add-on. What I don't like about this car would be the poor fuel economy for the 30i model, especially when compared to the B-58 engine. Apple carplay connection issues, no option for remote start unless I want to void warranty, and no option for the iDrive Recorder App. Exterior Styling - 8.5/10 Interior Styling - 9/10 Comfort - 9.5/10 Cargo space - 8.5/10 Driving smoothness - 9.5/10 Horsepower - 7/10 Fuel Economy - 3/10 It's been an overall fun car to get around in. It's easy to get in and out of, smooth on bumpy roads, and it is quiet. The fact that only 2022 models and newer offer remote start and iDrive recorder is a big disappointment. But I think my biggest disappointment would be the fuel economy. As I had the B-58 in the past and averaged out 11.5L/100km and in this X3 am averaging 13.5/100km which was worse than my pick up truck. I might not keep this car for long-term just because of how poor the fuel economy is.

My wife and I had visited numerous dealerships on Friday looking for a good used car and were frustrated by the whole sales person experience and quality of inventory. Saturday morning I visited Jordan Motorcars just to look at a vehicle and was surprised by how clean it was and that it was a CPO. They let me take the car home to show my wife and we then came back to make the purchase. The process was quick and the sales person was easy to deal with.

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

I love that BMW makes a mid size suv that is part electric now. We purchased the x3 edrive. I do mostly local driving during the week so only need to fill up with gas once a month to every six weeks. Excellent car!

I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

I have used the 2019 BMW X3 for over a year now, as my third BMW, the other two being the 3 series sedan, with just one problem; Fuel pump failure, though due to my negligence. I now understand that the BMW cannot be operated without sufficient Fuel.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.
