I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Mansour was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was very attentive and walked us through the entire process. And he has also been very responsive on follow up questions and issues.

My service advisor, Steve, is great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Helpful. Facility?s remodeling is currently underway therefore it?s a little chaotic. Once it?s completed and hopefully there?s more seatings for customers to wait.

Earlier in the summer my car was broken into and they stole the key to my lug nuts. I felt insecure after that, thinking the thieves would come back for the tires, so I went to this dealership and had them replace them. Erwin, in sales, was friendly and efficient and he changed all the lug nuts for me, right there on the spot. I didn't have to wait at all. Jose Arellano, in service was also very knowledgeable and helpful in replacing my key, which had also been lost. This was a stressful time for me, since I felt afraid my car would get broken into again but the service Jose provided helped a lot, since he kept me posted on the status of my key and also helping to get me back in the shop asap so it could be taken care of quickly. I've had a few questions regarding my C300 since then and he is always willing to help me and answer my questions. In the past, I have also gone to Mercedes of Stevens Creek and the service there was not as memorable. Great job to the Mercedes of San Jose team! Your courteous and helpful customer service is highly appreciated and will definitely keep me going to this location versus any other for all my Benz's needs.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

This vehicle has has taken my wife and me cross-country, as well as several other long distance trips, with a sum total of only one flat tire and no other mechanical, nor electrical issues at all! Any repairs have been moderate and frankly expected given the high number of miles (150,000 so far) on it. I expect to keep it for another year and a half.

This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

I have used the 2019 BMW X3 for over a year now, as my third BMW, the other two being the 3 series sedan, with just one problem; Fuel pump failure, though due to my negligence. I now understand that the BMW cannot be operated without sufficient Fuel.

Where do I begin?! This being my first time every purchasing a car, it was far easier than I expected! I expected a scary back-and-forth pressuring negotiation between myself and a tough salesperson, but NOPE! The whole process was much easier and went smoother than I thought it would be! I took interest on a car online and messaged the dealership through their website. I got a quick response from the internet sales team, under Cassandra Crawford. I had read previous reviews on her on Yelp and was glad she was the one who personally handled my purchase! All the positive reviews she previously received, I believe 100%! When I first stepped foot on the dealership to just take a look at the car in person, she gave me no added pressure to BUY NOW! She had a very kind employee (Eric) drive me to the expansion lot where I took time to admire the vehicle. We went back to the dealership and Cassandra gave me a quote printout with all the incentives and best offer to begin with and I walked right out that door feeling no sense of pressure put upon me! We continued to email each other for about a day until we got to where I wanted. From the beginning she asked me how much I wanted to pay for monthly and the down payment and she definitely delivered to meet all my demands! I told her from that I wanted to enjoy the vehicle and not regret it down the line all because of a spur of the moment big purchase. She understood that completely! In fact, I came by the next day to ask her further questions about the deal and that was it. Still no pressure to sign any contract or deal yet! I told her I'll be back tomorrow to sign everything and finalize the deal but mostly to sleep on it one last time (cold feet ��). She really worked with my work schedule to see when the best time was for me to come back. So, that was a total of 3 visits to the dealership (all my decision) and she was able to take time in her busy schedule to meet with me every single time. You can tell she is a very busy woman but she gets back to you on a very timely manner! We were even texting on her personal phone after office hours because I had so many questions for her (Sorry Cassandra!). Along with her assistant (also her daughter), they are able to work with you to meet all your needs! I told her that I would text her and let her know when the best time for me to come in was and with very short notice, she had everything all taken car of! When I got there for all the paperwork, my car was sitting right in front of the dealership, all clean and ready to go! Her daughter, helped me the technical details of the car and was very helpful! Frank, was the one who was nice enough to take time off from sales to help me start paperwork while Cassandra was at a doctor's appointment across the street. It was the only time I could swing by during work with a 3 hour window, so Cassandra was able to relay the information to Frank. Once Cassandra got back, she brought me over to Wayne who handled the finances. Wayne was another great associate who made sure to explain every little detail on what I was signing because I always have a lot of questions! He also worked with me to get the best deal possible on any extra maintenance packages I may need on the car! He was very honest on if I really needed a certain package or not and did not scare or pressure me at all into buying anything! The whole pick-up day process only took 1-1.5 hrs of my time and went very smoothly! ���� Do not go anywhere else if you are thinking about getting an Audi! Go straight to Cassandra! Husband has wanted a BMW since the 1980’s. Other priorities in life happened, so there you go. Fast forward to August 2020. Time to trade in the tired 2012 Ford Escape. Dealership has a 2014 BMW X3 25i in blue water metallic. Sold! Comfortable, QUICK!, with navigation, parking sensors/backup camera, heated steering wheel, etc. This is a gas sipper considering it takes premium fuel. Not a fan of the brake dust that turns the beautiful front wheels black, but we just keep up with cleaning them. So far so good. Seems to be reliable so far despite the reviews on the exorbitant maintenance costs German cars incur “when they get older”. This will be driven by retired husband about 2-3 times a week, so hopefully it will treat us well on maintenance costs. Bought a one owner, 72,000 miles, regular maintenance performed BMW, and to be honest, it’s not just husband that loves it!😀 Documented)

I came home really happy after being able to get a beautiful Honda odyssey. All this would not be possible if Tim where not there.He did everything so we can get our van at a good price, he was there bringing us snacks and water since the whole process took a while. The service I received was top notch. I was greeted with a smile and they quickly informed the salesman I had an appointment with that I had arrived. Giovanni was very personable. I would have given each category 5 stars, but I had to rate the buying process as a 4, only because I was in there longer than I wanted to be. There was a delay with me signing my paperwork. The finance manager had to handle a matter that only he could do. That resulted in me having to wait until he was finished handling that issue.
