I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I love the car and at the same time I can't help to hate it. What I love about the car would be the luxurious interior, comfortable and quiet cabin, smooth ride, ease of access, and a few extra features that were put in as an add-on. What I don't like about this car would be the poor fuel economy for the 30i model, especially when compared to the B-58 engine. Apple carplay connection issues, no option for remote start unless I want to void warranty, and no option for the iDrive Recorder App. Exterior Styling - 8.5/10 Interior Styling - 9/10 Comfort - 9.5/10 Cargo space - 8.5/10 Driving smoothness - 9.5/10 Horsepower - 7/10 Fuel Economy - 3/10 It's been an overall fun car to get around in. It's easy to get in and out of, smooth on bumpy roads, and it is quiet. The fact that only 2022 models and newer offer remote start and iDrive recorder is a big disappointment. But I think my biggest disappointment would be the fuel economy. As I had the B-58 in the past and averaged out 11.5L/100km and in this X3 am averaging 13.5/100km which was worse than my pick up truck. I might not keep this car for long-term just because of how poor the fuel economy is.

I have heard some horror stories about getting your car serviced at the dealer. I must admit Andrew made my experience much better than expected, I anticipated to pay much more than I did but Andrew made me feel at ease. I felt that he was there to make this process as easy as possible for me he was able to get me in a loaner vehicle when they were short on loaner vehicles! I had some extensive damage done to my vehicle and I know it was not going to be cheap, he worked with me to make sure that the vehicle will be fixed right and I must admit the vehicle drives much better! and I am satisfied, Andrew kept me updated through the process even when I saw him working he looked so busy his customer service never lacked! Once again Andrew thanks so much and when it's time to get into another vehicle I will definitely choose BRIDGEWATER BMW! What I do notice is if you conduct the proper maintenance on these wonderful machines they will run great for a long time! This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I needed a new set of rims for my Polestar 2 so that I can have a winter wheel set and a summer wheel set. I worked with Dan Filipe and he was great. He was quick to respond to e-mail and texts, he got the parts in, and he promptly shipped them out. When he did ship them out, he sent an e-mail with the tracking number. The rims arrived in perfect shape. It may seem a simple thing for a manager to be responsive and proactive in communication, but I don't take it for granted. Dan set the bar for others.

I purchased a used VW from Cliff. It's rare in this day and age to find a dealership where it doesn't feel like you're being hustled non stop. I was also shopping at Nissan of Springfield for a similar model. They pressured me and lied about other interested customers so I'd put down a deposit. The finance person refused to get on the phone with me without me submitting an application, and then ran my credit 8 times. Eatontown was a completely different experience.
