Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

I’ve been in the market for a new car for over a year and couldn’t decide which one I wanted to buy. I kept searching and constantly changing my mind on the car. Everyone pretty much assumed that I wasn’t getting a new car. That all changed when I visited BMW of Brooklyn with a friend who was looking to buy a BMW. During my search, I did come across a few BMW models that caught my attention, but it wasn’t until I met Anthony Miccio, Client Advisor, that solidified my decision to buy a car. Anthony was courteous, knowledgeable and showed genuine interest in what I was looking for in a car. I also appreciated that he was very straightforward and did not try to upsell me with things that I didn’t want or need. There was never a moment that I felt pressured or unsure about what I was getting into. In fact, the very same day that I visited the BMW of Brooklyn, I ended up purchasing a car! That’s an almost impossible feat for a chronically undecisive person like me, but that’s how comfortable I was in Anthony’s hands. I met with Nick Hernandez, General Sales Manager, during the financial process. He was very personable and made the process easy and smooth. He took the time to explain all the options available to me and helped me figure out what I needed. He was an absolute joy to speak with, I felt like I was speaking with a longtime friend. I went in and because I chant Nam Myoho Renge Kyo I knew I was gonna have a great experience. I got the car I chanted for I walked in with little credit and walked out with the car I wanted.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Andrew Beifus is fantastic! I was a first time car buyer and he was so kind, generous with his time, carefully walked me through all the features of the car I was interested in, had the car prepped for me to drive, inclusive of having it say my name on the dashboard screen to welcome me when I got in the car. Andrew was available through each step of my car search and was patient with all my questions. He is a seasoned and experienced professional who understands the meaning of the client experience and made me feel like I was his priority and I came first and was there to fully support me in a momentous life occasion. I did not however enjoy my experience with the other individuals I interacted with. I found Andrew's colleagues to be condescending, demeaning and full of gender, race and age bias. In particular the finance manager was the most unpleasant individual to interact with. He openly tried to demean Andrew in front of his clients, then proceeded to try and educate me on what to do with my money (because I didn't want to finance my car and buy in cash) and I found that when interacting with me, he spoke/looked at my white female friend when talking vs looking at me when speaking, an Asian female who was actually buying the car. He then told me buying a car outright is the dumbest thing I could do. The entire time he explained the packages I should consider, I was so put off by his tone and definitely felt like there was not a single word I could trust coming out of his mouth. When I then asked when I would get my plates (I bought in NJ and live in NY), he then explained that the plates would come to the dealer and that I could come to the dealer to pick them up or they could ship to me. He suggested I come to the dealer bc as a girl with nails, I probably wouldn't know how to put the plates on myself (well I did put the plates on myself with no problem despite being a girl with nails). There was another manager who I believe was a general manager and was on Andrew to speed things along with me, when I explained that Andrew was providing me the service level I wanted, he backed off and adjusted his tone. I also did share to this manager that I did not appreciate the finance manager telling me what to do with my money, and he did agree that this was not appropriate. After I bought my car, my iphone noticed that there was an air tag in my car and when I called the dealer, this general manager was very responsive and did his best to calm my nerves that there was an unknown air tag tracking me. (I went to the BMW of Brooklyn service shop and they were so great in helping me find the air tag). Overall, Andrew was exactly the sales professional I needed in my car buying experience. I did not enjoy any other element of my experience at this dealer. And I do wonder if I was not given any financial breaks or scare tactic sold into things because they felt like they could take advantage of me as a first-time diverse female buyer. Given this was my first experience buying a used car, I can't say if this was an above or under par experience. But I can confidently say, Andrew is a pro and the finance manager needs bias training and held accountable for his words and behavior.

Peter Kessell was excellent to deal with. He is very professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and likable. He responded quickly to question and followed up on the status of our new ordered vehicle. When received at the dealership he contacted us timely and the transaction process was quick, pre prepared, accurate and without issues. He presented the car to us and gave us a good understanding of the features in the car. These new car have many features and Peter was very knowable and explain them quickly and easily to understand. I can’t say enough about how Peter treated us and recommend him very highly. If you are looking for a great sales representative ask for Peter Kessell.

Yesterday I went to pick up my 2024 X4 BMW at Morristown Dealership. My salesman was Rick Fanfan whom I think was amazing with his delivery. Getting me to feel comfortable and safe in my knew car and its remarkable features. As a sales man went back to ask for every thing that I was expecting. 5 star experience with Rallye BMW and John Botti! John went above and beyond in every possible way. I reached out to him back in April to inquire about pricing/availability on the X1 and X3. My fiancé and I both wanted to switch to BMW when our Audi and Honda leases ended. John promptly answered my initial email within an hour, and subsequent to that first email, I think we have over 200 emails in total. We went through options and pricing, and then John had me custom build the cars we wanted through BMW's website. The deal he came up with was amazing for the 2 cars. Audi could not even come close to matching what he was giving me (and I was driving a fully loaded Audi Q5). We sent the build codes over to John and then he called me and went through each and every feature on both models to make sure we had everything we needed and nothing we didn't want. We talked through it all and decided on the final builds. John then placed the orders for us. He kept in constant communication with when the cars were scheduled to arrive and notified us once the cars were in. The process was completely seamless. We met with finance manager Charlie when I got my X3 last week, and met with Hassan today when picking up my fiancé's X1. Both managers were professional and easy to work with. We were in and out of their offices in 10 minutes. The genius guys showed us how to use and set up all the features, pair our phones, etc. Everyone is wearing a mask at all times. When you enter the dealership you have to fill out a form regarding COVID and sanitize your hands. They offer a box of "clean" pens. Once you use the pen, you put it in the "used" box after. They are definitely taking all precautions and safety measures. I can't recommend BMW enough. I drove a fully loaded Audi Q5 for 3 years and it truly does not even compare to my fully loaded X3. The X3 handles incredibly better on turns, accelerates better, and the interior is far nicer. The CarPlay connects wirelessly and the use of the entire system is seamless. I honestly didn't know how to use half of the functions on my Q5 for 3 years. The X3 is a superior car and I am so happy we made the switch to BMW! Thank you again John Botti- you are truly the best. Customer service was certainly above and beyond anything we could have expected.
