I drove over from Alabama to look at a used Ford they had advertised. I call to inquire about the car and Jonah told me since I was traveling so far to look at the car he would have the keys in his pocket and have the car ready to inspect when I arrived. The car was exactly as they had advertised it to be and had a a fair price . The fact that they do not charge any add on fees or hidden charges is why I deal with Cobb Toyota. I purchased the car and will buy again from this dealership.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

Peter was the first person who helped me and was very helpful, when I had a family emergency he held my Mustang till I could get in to see it. Kern was the individual who I saw when I was able to see the car. He was very helpful and got me quickly through the process. The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

This was the easiest car buying experience I have had. They took me to the car I was interested in. Keys were there, we drove it right away. The price was competitive, the financing was lightning quick. They washed it while I was signing and I was out of there in under an hour. They even drove me to turn in my rental car so I could just drive my new car home and surprise the family. First class business.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I had amazing Fast Pace experience even though it took me 3 days to get my car due to My inability to provide the documents they needed.however going on the lot getting pre-approved over the phone walking in and walking out with my vehicle was the easiest process I've ever faced. John was very helpful and Adrian was the greatest he worked with me every step of the way and he made sure I drove off the lot with the car i wanted. The salesman I interacted with throughout the process, Stan, was awesome and worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted. I had a jeep wrangler 4door and wanted a 2 door. We got the deal done and while driving home I had some buyers remorse not because the car wasn’t what they said it was but because I was just a bit attached to the 4 door and didn’t know it. After being approved for financing, signing the papers and nearly getting home with the jeep, I turned around and went back telling them that I wanted my jeep back. The management there was super understanding and quickly accommodated me when they didn’t have to. I was very grateful for that. One negative thing I would say is that my trade in was worth more than the vehicle I was getting from them. When I arrived I was wanting some money to boot from them or at the very least trade them straight up but instead they came to me with a 6k balance that they eventually worked down to just below 3k. They talked me into financing 3k. I told Mike (the finance guy) I would likely be turned down because I pay cash for everything and he said my approval was guaranteed because “I had equity” which is directly telling me that my car was worth more than the one I was getting and yet there I was being talked into financing a balance. They coulda traded me straight up and still made money. I likely wouldn’t have brought their jeep back if they woulda done that. I don’t understand why they would force me to finance to get the car that’s worth less than mine. There was plenty of meat on the bone.

I have owned the original X3 and followed up with this model. The second generation is certainly a few steps above as far as comfort, style and driving performance. 2012 is the last year the 28i is powered by the 3.0L inline 6. Acceleration is great after getting the software update. Prior to it, I had the aggravating slow response met with a rush of acceleration. The software update has smoothed out the throttle greatly. The ride is super comfortable for day to day as well as trips. I have taken this car on long trips a few times this year and it is great on gas, very comfortable seats and great visibility. It is easy to park and has a tight turning circle. The handling feels like the 3 series sedan! Going up and down hills and mountainsides feels secure. Feature wise, I fully recommend the backup camera and parking sensors as well as the heated seats/steering wheel. Cargo space is adequate for this class and three average sized adults can fit in the backseat comfortably. I will say that BMW has this peculiar way of stripping the cars down in the past 10 years and labeling it as "customization." You notice the small things such as no puddle lights on my particular car, as well as having to get packages for an improved interior/exterior. Another example is if you do not get the Navigation, you do not get the nicely done, upscale graphics on the speedometer area. You have to add leather, a sunroof, heated seats, etc. My older BMW's had a lot of these more common features standard. If you buy this car used, be sure to pay attention to the features and how it was optioned. Overall, the car has been very reliable and a joy to drive!

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I love the car and at the same time I can't help to hate it. What I love about the car would be the luxurious interior, comfortable and quiet cabin, smooth ride, ease of access, and a few extra features that were put in as an add-on. What I don't like about this car would be the poor fuel economy for the 30i model, especially when compared to the B-58 engine. Apple carplay connection issues, no option for remote start unless I want to void warranty, and no option for the iDrive Recorder App. Exterior Styling - 8.5/10 Interior Styling - 9/10 Comfort - 9.5/10 Cargo space - 8.5/10 Driving smoothness - 9.5/10 Horsepower - 7/10 Fuel Economy - 3/10 It's been an overall fun car to get around in. It's easy to get in and out of, smooth on bumpy roads, and it is quiet. The fact that only 2022 models and newer offer remote start and iDrive recorder is a big disappointment. But I think my biggest disappointment would be the fuel economy. As I had the B-58 in the past and averaged out 11.5L/100km and in this X3 am averaging 13.5/100km which was worse than my pick up truck. I might not keep this car for long-term just because of how poor the fuel economy is.

We have had multiple great experiences with this location. Steve, a sales manager was great and so helpful! We had mechanical issues with one of our cars and they took it back within the 30-day warranty with no issue!! I highly recommend this CarMax location for your car buying purchases!!
