This vehicle has has taken my wife and me cross-country, as well as several other long distance trips, with a sum total of only one flat tire and no other mechanical, nor electrical issues at all! Any repairs have been moderate and frankly expected given the high number of miles (150,000 so far) on it. I expect to keep it for another year and a half.

Its so comfortable, fast, sport, low mileage, so clean . It is 2013 with 67k mileage, honestly so clean look like new car .new tire and full service

So fun to drive, quick acceleration, has enough room for all your stuff, looks great, gets great gas mileage. Very comfortable for long trips too. Can't go wrong with this car.

Husband has wanted a BMW since the 1980’s. Other priorities in life happened, so there you go. Fast forward to August 2020. Time to trade in the tired 2012 Ford Escape. Dealership has a 2014 BMW X3 25i in blue water metallic. Sold! Comfortable, QUICK!, with navigation, parking sensors/backup camera, heated steering wheel, etc. This is a gas sipper considering it takes premium fuel. Not a fan of the brake dust that turns the beautiful front wheels black, but we just keep up with cleaning them. So far so good. Seems to be reliable so far despite the reviews on the exorbitant maintenance costs German cars incur “when they get older”. This will be driven by retired husband about 2-3 times a week, so hopefully it will treat us well on maintenance costs. Bought a one owner, 72,000 miles, regular maintenance performed BMW, and to be honest, it’s not just husband that loves it!😀 Documented)

I had this car for several years. In that time, it was a great car. The only downside to the car was the fact that it was a BMW, so I couldn't take it to any old mechanic shop to get the oil changed. The car has great pickup and breaking, and is great for long distance rides. It's a smaller SUV, but there's still plenty of room. And when I got into an accident, it functioned correctly and kept me and other safe. The airbags deployed like they were supposed to. The only reason I ever got rid of this car was because it was totaled.

We were looking for a used car for our daughter and went through the tedious process of calling every lead we saw and driving to numerous dealers. Dealer after dealer told us stories of how perfect the cars were until we took them to a mechanic to find serious issues that were never disclosed. Frustrating to say the least. Then my husband came across a vehicle at Faraj and spoke with Mark. He had a great feeling about the car and the place....and literally sent me a text "I think we found our car" (before I even saw the car!) I went to see the car in personal immediately and was so impressed with everything I saw and heard from Mark and his co-worker Zee. Both were so professional, honest and trustworthy which was so refreshing based on what we had recently experienced. And to top things off...the car was pretty awesome too! It was exactly what we were looking for. There were a few things that need fixing and Mark did everything to make us happy and satisfied...within the time frame he promised. The attention to detail and follow up was so appreciated. Once the paperwork was signed, we left feeling like we had a safe car for our daughter at a fair price from a very reliable dealer. I personally would not go to any other place to purchase a used car in the future. Thank you again Mark and Zee!

I am 1st owner in my 2008 bmw x3 , I have 110,XXX. This car has been so reliable that I will not get rid of it, I mean why? Besides Wear n tear, ive replaced the alternator and coolant. The key is to buy the bmw brand and a mechanic who knows how to work on it. Before this car I had a 94' 318i in 1998-2007 that finally gave out at 220,xxx. Had I known the mechanic I have now, probably would've lasted longer.

Luis was a great salesman to deal with. They were very helpful, willing to work with me on the price and small issues with the car and they made the purchase easy. I would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership and I will consider them in my next car purchase.

This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

In response to mikes review from yesterday , I just want to make it clear that this person wrote the review out of the for the simple reason that they did not get the answer they wanted. No one was rude or condescending. They were told about the companies policy, which is not to give out the door pricing over the phone because although we may agree in pricing , the customer may find something wrong or may simply not like the vehicle in person . This leaves both the salesperson and customer disappointed . Hence why they were told that once they come in , visually inspect the car, test drive and see if it’s to their liking then we can sit down and discuss numbers. For some was so ready to buy two cars and have a check ready they were awfully concerned with numbers beforehand . Mind you, the price is always negotiable within reason. What was rude was the fact that when they were told about the policy they said “ Well you’re not getting any business from me !” And hung up … that part was conveniently omitted from the review. STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Six cylinder turbo provides great performance. Sport package worth every penny for the handling. I had a 2011 E90 several years ago with the same N55 motor and Sport package. This is just as much fun.

Great SUV but like all BMWs the plastic cooling system is very poor design. I'm pushing 200k on mine and that's the only complaint I really have. It's a fun vehicle

The most practical car we ever bought, combination of luxury and performance is the best we ever had. The X3 has great traction for winter and the 6 cylinder turbo has plenty of power and super smooth even in comfort mode.
