This was the best experience ever. When I tell you the entire process was so smooth and the jeep looked even better in person I truly mean that. It was everything I wanted and I truly had the greatest advisor, Angela Collins. She texted me, she called me and was very prompt sending me the paperwork so we could start the sales process. It also helped that she was so fun and funny, any nervousness I had when I walked in disappeared the moment I met her. She’s now my best friend in my head so make sure to ask for her! Very shocking that i'm the first to leave a review for Ammoury Auto. I am a college student who was looking to purchase my first car in my name. I purchased a 2002 Nissan Altima from this dealership on November 9th, and the overall experience was nothing short of EXTRAORDINARY! EXCELLENCE: The service was out of this world. I inquired via email about the car through Cars.com and Mike responded within 24 hours informing me that the car was still available. I then proceeded to submit a credit application in which he processed and told me the results within a few hours. In just two short days, I was at the dealership with all my paperwork ready to drive it off the lot. The experience while physically at the dealership was great as well. The paperwork took no longer than 30-45 minutes to complete, and everything was laid out in its entirety. Also, the conversation we had with Lewis in the waiting area was genuine and even amusing (he even offered me the breakfast right off his own plate before he took a bite). These guys really know what it means to provide customers with top-notch service. QUALITY: The lot had some quality looking cars on it. The price of the Altima is what ultimately caught my eye; it was outstanding! While at the dealership, I overheard Mike receive 2-3 phone calls asking if it was still available. For the condition the Altima is in, the price was unbeatable. The final step in the process is picking up my tags from the dealership (tomorrow). Normally car shopping is a chore. No one enjoys it. The pressure to buy. The haggling. Jason was our client advisor and WOW. Very knowledgeable of the cars. Not pushy. Went above and beyond to get us all of the info we needed. Again, NOT pushy whatsoever. It felt like we were just hanging out with a friend and talking about cars.
