Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Service was pleasant and communication was good. Repairs made were just what I expected. My service advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining things.

I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I have used the 2019 BMW X3 for over a year now, as my third BMW, the other two being the 3 series sedan, with just one problem; Fuel pump failure, though due to my negligence. I now understand that the BMW cannot be operated without sufficient Fuel.

My mom set an appointment with James to come see a Range Rover HSE. We drove in from Louisiana. I came with her to potentially drive the rental car back. This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. The main issue I've had with this car is learning its vast number of controls, some of which are in strange places (such as at the end of the directional signal stalk) and are not clearly marked. The gearshift, for example, is counter-intuitive, and is moved backwards to go forwards, and vice versa-unlike most cars, it doesn't really move and fit into a slot for the appropriate gear. For no fathomable reason, the rear view camera stays on when you then drive forward. The warning system, for a car crossing or a person crossing, is unreliable; for example, if you have the car in reverse, the car hasn't moved yet, but a person walks behind the car, the warning signal does not sound--it only sounds if the car is already moving in reverse (if the pedestrian was walking right behind the car, you already hit him or her). There are also other "features" that make no sense. On the other hand, the car is fun to drive, reasonably powerful, attractive (I think--my wife disagrees), comfortable (except that one feels remarkably many bumps in the road), and quiet.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Great experience overall, and Mike (owner) was very nice. Saw the car on cars.com, called, came in, liked the vehicle and ended up buying it. Wasn't pushed into anything, felt pretty good about the deal I was getting. The car wasn't perfect, but it was in great condition and above everything else I've seen for the price. Would definitely recommend, but do your market research.

The X3 m40i is the best family vehicle. Got a decent deal from CarMax on a lightly used 2019 x3 m40i. The hk sound system sounds terrible unless you figure out how to turn off the exhaust sound that comes through the speakers (leaves little bass balance left for the music), but luckily there are a few tricks (check forums). The vehicle is a blast to drive, yet can carry the whole family and luggage anywhere. I had a few e36 m3's a while back and repairs were reasonable and easy to do a lot of stuff independently, so repair costs (only needed brakes, tires and oil in the past 30k miles) on the new BMWs did come as a bit of a shock, but being proactive helps. The vehicle has been super reliable with no mechanical issues.

Love the X3! Comfortable and pretty good on gas.., smoot ride and so far been great with commuting. Will most likely purchase the x5 for a little more space for traveling.
