Tiffany at Winchester Mitsubishi was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. She helped answer all my questions, guided me through my options, and made the process comfortable before I even stepped into the dealership. She’s very knowledgeable and made sure everything was set up so my visit went smoothly once I arrived. Let me start off by saying JOHN (in service) is the real deal. He is the only reason I would come back to BMW & Elmhurst. Every encounter I had at this dealership he made it feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. His professionalism & attitude was great even when mine may not have been. Our negotiations were straightforward, he facilitated getting the car to a shop for a pre-purchase inspection I’d setup and also contacted a company for me to get a temporary wrap for the car to be protected on my drive home back to NC (shout out to Alex and the guys over at ONEighty who fit me in on short notice.
