Visited to test drive through Costco Auto program. Monica was prompt in connecting and arranging a test drive. Since she was occupied with a customer, Olya assisted. She was very professional throughout the test drive and purchase of a 330i. Negotiated a fair deal and the following day Olya drove 30mins to our house to sync our phones with the car and demonstrate the digital functions of the car! Great experience from beginning to end

1 week ago traded my 2020 BMW X3M for the 2023 X4 M40i. Now I’ll be able to drive the car all year round! Living in NH my X3M was in a garage from Nov - March :-( Yes the X4 M40i isn’t as quick, but close. It does have better styling, more sporty looking and a much smoother drive, X3M was a very aggressive drive which didn’t bother me…much! Overall this feels “just right”!

Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!

The speed of this 4 Cyclinder is a force to be reckoned with! I can’t imagine getting a M Series! Put it in the sport settings & it’s gone!!! Beautiful car inside & out! I’m ecstatic about my purchase for Christmas!

LSM Cars by far has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were very honest, sincere and made the whole buying process easy from start to finish. I can't say enough about my 2020 BMW X4. I found excuses to drive, just to take it out and throw it around corners (to quote my son, who also oddly found just as many excuses to drive). Competent in snow, secure on dirt/gravel roads, I felt secure in driving in whatever rural Montana tossed my way. The cabin is spacious and well laid out. Controls are easy to access and displays are very clear/easy to read. Sufficient power to conquer mountain passes, and my average fuel economy (driving like an idiot at times) hovered around 29-30 mpg. Cargo space... to quote one reviewer, "I'm not the ****** UPS man" - if you need cargo space, go with the X3 or X5 (and look like just about every other driver in Bozeman MT). We moved our son to school (all of his stuff, and 3 adults) in the X4 w/o any issues. It's roomier than reviews make it out to be. No issues with reliability, and it is the safest vehicle I've ever owned. I was t-boned by a driver (who was on her phone) doing at least 25 mph & while her car was destroyed, mine was injured but driveable, and I was uninjured despite her slamming directly into the driver's side. I would gladly recommend an X4; it's the best of all worlds providing comfort/sporty driving, 8" clearance, and a bit of space in the back end. And it's not "silly looking". You won't regret it.

This car is our first BMW. It may sacrifice some space, but that’s not a very big deal for us. This car is perfect for those who don’t need space, but need the capabilities of an SUV. We have the M40i version and it packs a punch. The 382 Hp B58 I6 is very quick in sport mode, and has very nice exhaust sounds. I love that it has rear AC, which is an upgrade from our previous car. This car also has ambient lighting which you can change the color of. The wireless Apple CarPlay is also very convenient. Although, it does not have the latest version of iDrive, it’s still decent and still includes a 12 in screen. If you don’t want to touch the screen and leave fingerprints, the X4 comes with a controller that you can use to control the screen. This car also has a good amount of physical buttons. Front seats have thigh extensions for those with long legs, and both seats automatically adjust. Overall, our family really likes this car and recommends it for buyers who want a unique take on BMW

We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.
