Vlad was a great salesman. Very low pressure. The finance person was very persistent to the point of making us feel bullied with his pressure to buy warranties and add ons. After the sale I was disappointed that nobody offered to help set up the radio, phone, etc. When I asked, I was told nobody was available I should watch a YouTube video.

This car is our first BMW. It may sacrifice some space, but that’s not a very big deal for us. This car is perfect for those who don’t need space, but need the capabilities of an SUV. We have the M40i version and it packs a punch. The 382 Hp B58 I6 is very quick in sport mode, and has very nice exhaust sounds. I love that it has rear AC, which is an upgrade from our previous car. This car also has ambient lighting which you can change the color of. The wireless Apple CarPlay is also very convenient. Although, it does not have the latest version of iDrive, it’s still decent and still includes a 12 in screen. If you don’t want to touch the screen and leave fingerprints, the X4 comes with a controller that you can use to control the screen. This car also has a good amount of physical buttons. Front seats have thigh extensions for those with long legs, and both seats automatically adjust. Overall, our family really likes this car and recommends it for buyers who want a unique take on BMW

I brought my car in for an oil change and multi point inspection. the inspection dealed that I a front brake issue. Mike, the employee I dealt with describe the issue and what it would take to repair it and how long I would have to wait he offered free transportation home if I wanted. because of the distance that I would have to travel there and back to home, I opted to delight the two hours in the lounge. I had coffee and water and I was fine. Mike came in several times to talk about the repair. He also said he had a rebate coupon I could use and he pointed out. I had points in my Buick awards account that I could convert to dollars to pay for the repair. That was very good service save me money and the car is running fine

Excellent driving experience. Safety features exceptional. Heads up display very useful. Body style super. Red metallic paint very attractive. Visibility with all the cameras a serious plus.

1 week ago traded my 2020 BMW X3M for the 2023 X4 M40i. Now I’ll be able to drive the car all year round! Living in NH my X3M was in a garage from Nov - March :-( Yes the X4 M40i isn’t as quick, but close. It does have better styling, more sporty looking and a much smoother drive, X3M was a very aggressive drive which didn’t bother me…much! Overall this feels “just right”!

Every encounter I had at this dealership he made it feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. His professionalism & attitude was great even when mine may not have been. A new owner of a 2019 BMW X4 M40i and loving it so far. Very sharp inside and out with a lot of punch. The vehicle handles great and has a lot of space inside. It sounds imposing. I’d say the downside is the rear blind spots and missing space over an X3 (mine has non run flats and the storage space under the rear storage is taken by a donut tire). But once you lower the rear seat headrests and get used to it, the blind spot isn’t troublesome. At the end of the day the X3 is a great SUV (I had one) but the X4 is much sportier, if that’s your thing. I just wish the M40i had more M trademarks, such as M sports steering wheel and M branding on the front seats as my recent 440i M sport edition did. But for sports + some utility, I recommend the X4.

Sporty, roomy, distinctive and loaded with BMW’s excellent technology. Slightly smaller cargo capacity than the X3 but makes up for it with eye catching style! Sound system is above average, very little cabin noise and all 5 seats have a comfortable space with a luxe feel.

As a long time BMW “M” owner, I needed a “family” car, and came upon my 2019 X4Msport40i totally by accident, but what a find it has been. 100% reliable for 30,000 miles so far, terrific seats, and, um... FAST. Complaints? I wish the stereo was a bit better.
