This car is our first BMW. It may sacrifice some space, but that’s not a very big deal for us. This car is perfect for those who don’t need space, but need the capabilities of an SUV. We have the M40i version and it packs a punch. The 382 Hp B58 I6 is very quick in sport mode, and has very nice exhaust sounds. I love that it has rear AC, which is an upgrade from our previous car. This car also has ambient lighting which you can change the color of. The wireless Apple CarPlay is also very convenient. Although, it does not have the latest version of iDrive, it’s still decent and still includes a 12 in screen. If you don’t want to touch the screen and leave fingerprints, the X4 comes with a controller that you can use to control the screen. This car also has a good amount of physical buttons. Front seats have thigh extensions for those with long legs, and both seats automatically adjust. Overall, our family really likes this car and recommends it for buyers who want a unique take on BMW

Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!

LSM Cars by far has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were very honest, sincere and made the whole buying process easy from start to finish. The car is in good condition, and for its price, it’s a great value. I can't say enough about my 2020 BMW X4. I found excuses to drive, just to take it out and throw it around corners (to quote my son, who also oddly found just as many excuses to drive). Competent in snow, secure on dirt/gravel roads, I felt secure in driving in whatever rural Montana tossed my way. The cabin is spacious and well laid out. Controls are easy to access and displays are very clear/easy to read. Sufficient power to conquer mountain passes, and my average fuel economy (driving like an idiot at times) hovered around 29-30 mpg. Cargo space... to quote one reviewer, "I'm not the ****** UPS man" - if you need cargo space, go with the X3 or X5 (and look like just about every other driver in Bozeman MT). We moved our son to school (all of his stuff, and 3 adults) in the X4 w/o any issues. It's roomier than reviews make it out to be. No issues with reliability, and it is the safest vehicle I've ever owned. I was t-boned by a driver (who was on her phone) doing at least 25 mph & while her car was destroyed, mine was injured but driveable, and I was uninjured despite her slamming directly into the driver's side. I would gladly recommend an X4; it's the best of all worlds providing comfort/sporty driving, 8" clearance, and a bit of space in the back end. And it's not "silly looking". You won't regret it.

I bought my mini there a few years back and got a great price from them on the purchase of my Countryman... no pressure, just honest dealing I continue to rave about the after sales service that South Bay continues to provie me. There is a new Mini Dealer closer to me in Santa Monica but I continue to drive 45 mins each way to SB, it is well worht the extra effort to me. I have never been disappointed with the care that has been extended to me. I need to give recognition to the service manager "Lino"... Even though my car is out warranty he is the main reason that I continue to bring my car to Southbay . He is very professional and always willing to go the extra mile to be certain that things are right for all of his customers...in fact, Lino and the service department will be the reason that when I am ready to purchase another Mini it will be because of the after sales servie etc. If you want a great price on a Mini as well as great service, South Bay in my opinion is the Only Way Best, Ben

I had been reviewing your cars on your website for about a month. I had favored a 2023 X2 on the site. I tracked it for about a month. When I finally had some time I decided to come test drive it. When I arrrived with my friend, we walked the lot looking at all the different cars. We were greeted by Alex Dimov while looking for cars. I told him that I was looking for a particular car and he pointed it out right away. He asked me if I wanted to test drive it? and away we went. While we were driving we had very pleasant conversation. He is extremely easy to talk to and he made me feel comfortable. Once we got back we decided to explore maybe purchasing the car. We sat down talked business, did a lil negotiating of price and a deal was made. I have to say Alex made the whole transaction pretty much painless. It felt more like a conversation than a negotiation. He knows how to talk to people and make them feel comfortable in what some might say a is a stressful situation. I didn?t feel any stress or being uncomfortable during the purchase process. Once a price was agreed upon Alex introduced me to the finance guy?. Sorry I forgot his name. He was also very easy to talk to and kept it stress free. While I was with him, Alex had the car detailed and fueled. When i finished with finance Alex walked me over to my new car handed me the key and took pictures for me. He was very helpful in explaining how to operate the car. Lots of bells and whistles I never used before. Alex was so patient teaching me. He actually help me set up the Apple CarPlay and a few other things. He let me know if I had any other questions or concerns I could call him for help. The next day he did text me to make sure I was ok and to see if I needed any assistance. I feel lucky and blessed he was my Salesman. Such a pleasant, stress free and almost fun experience because of Alex.
