Used 2024 BMW X5 for sale near Mead Valley, CA

This is a follow-up to a review earlier this week regarding my CPO or Lemon review. We got a hold of the service manager and he was extremely sincere and honest about what had happened with the vehicle and the team was working to get all the new parts installed for me. I'm glad to report that my car was ready the following day and drove like new. I appreciate the team taking the time to triple check the vehicle and didn't rush to give me back the vehicle. I also want to give kudos to Kyle in service for remembering to replace the cover for my key which I forgot about. Honestly, it's the little things like this that counts so thank you Kyle! Now for the sales experience... I appreciate Adam reaching out to me and listening to my concerns. I even stopped by to see him at the dealership today since he was so nice and empathetic of my situation so I wanted to say "hi" in person. At the end of the day, I believe I made a good purchase and I would refer the dealership to my family and friends.

This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

Ive had my issues with BMW of Murieta however this is the most positive of reviews and all due to my service rep - Samantha Smith. I can say that I felt heard about my last review of the company. And that review had nothing to do with Ms. Smith it was solely how how the company handles cost and how I felt they overall charge. Well, I am very happy to have worked with Samantha and will reach out to her any time I need to get my BMW serviced so I hope she is always working there. If or when I decide to upgrade my current BMW, shes the person I will call.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

Let me begin by saying THANK YOU to all at MV Jaguar/Land Rover. I bought my vehicle out of state . Rockey worked hard to make a fair deal amd get the best financing available ( They even beat CapitalOne who I had for decades ). Rockey was very attentive and being an out of state purchase I had many questions. He was prompt with his replies via text and phone (even took time on his day off to tell me about the transport company and ship date from your dealership to me in FL, now that's DEDICATION!!) Jeff in Finance was great !! Took the time to explain the out of state vehicle registration and answered all my questions promptly . Had the car for about a month and it is everything I wanted and more. Great purchasing experience. Even better driving experience. Definitely would recommend.

The experience of bringing my car in for service at riverside BMW was outstanding. Taking a car in for service can sometimes stressful, but I feel that Sergio Herrera was kind, attentive, and gave me excellent customer.

Purchased 2 months ago. Driven only 535 miles. Still on the dealership's tank of gas and have 300 mile range left on remaining gas. Most drives are within 10-15 miles of my home. A couple of 20-30 mile trips so far (40-60 miles round trip). At this rate, it could be 2024 before needing to fill the tank for the first time. Thrown the X5 into Sports Mode a few times to experience the power but routinely use electric only. Stable, great control, heads up display best I've seen, autobraking and sense of the road is great. Good visibility and neither too sporty or too luxury. It's just right.
