New and used 2026 BMW X5 for sale near Deerfield, IL

Wife's car blew out a rear wheel brake cylinder in 2023. We limped in & explained the problem to Lauren, she checked the puddle of brake fluid around the rear wheel & immediately put a hand written sign, NO BRAKES, on the dash before finishing the repair order. Oil change went well. They did brake fluid and rotate tires. All went fine. Did take over three hours and I did have s as n appointment

I needed air in my tire. Went to the dealership without my key fob. Turns out I needed a new tire rather than just air. Service would not change the tire without having the key fob. I insisted that the digital key on my phone would be just fine. Once we got past that hurdle, the work was done promptly. No complaints.

I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with a safer car. A 4 tires lost air pressure in the cold snap 3 bounced back when it warmed and one didn't. They found a leak and repaired it. A damaged suspension component was also found. That was likely something missed by the body shop that repaired a minor fender bender last year. I was also given a ride home and a pick up when the need for extra work was determined. Great service, highly recommend.

Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.
