You always judge the dealership by the quality of service and this is where BMW of Fairfax in my view above all in the area. They have a very professional and motivated team and they really take care of your car. I feel comfortable dropping it off because I know they will take care of it the same as I would. Konrad, the Manager of Service Department is a great leader. As for my buying experience, I prefer to build my car myself. I do not need much assistance except placing an order and taking the delivery. Petr is the expert with years of experience and passion. Normally car shopping is a chore. No one enjoys it. The pressure to buy. The haggling. Jason was our client advisor and WOW. Very knowledgeable of the cars. Not pushy. Went above and beyond to get us all of the info we needed. Again, NOT pushy whatsoever. It felt like we were just hanging out with a friend and talking about cars. My service advisor Tasha was amazing from the very beginning. I had communication challenges on my side and Tasha made certain I was informed every step of the way. She would both text me and leave a voice mail at a land line as requested. I had a complicated repair which took several steps.

Wonderful customer service! Harold Shelby was so helpful to me to resolve some issues I was having. He truly went the extra mile. Amit Thanki helped me with the computer systems and seems to be all knowing in explaining the sometimes complicated on board system and making sure everything is properly set up. I drove a bit of a distance to see Harold and Amit and would gladly do it again to receive the quality customer service I was given. Bravo!

Ron Askew got me in and out without any problems . This was my 4th bmw dealership that I had gone to, and Ron kept it straight up and told me about the vehicle, I took it on a test drive and loved it, he let me know what the numbers are right away and fought for a lower number that I was wanting to get, he was very good and straight forward man, I highly suggest you come to him for any help buying your future car at BMW Silver Springs
