You always judge the dealership by the quality of service and this is where BMW of Fairfax in my view above all in the area. They have a very professional and motivated team and they really take care of your car. I feel comfortable dropping it off because I know they will take care of it the same as I would. Konrad, the Manager of Service Department is a great leader. As for my buying experience, I prefer to build my car myself. I do not need much assistance except placing an order and taking the delivery. Petr is the expert with years of experience and passion. My car had a recall, I was able to get an appointment easily, a loaner was ready for me to pick up when I got there, in and out in 15 mins. Recall was done quickly and I picked up my car easily. Service adviser, Sarina, was friendly and very helpful.

Normally car shopping is a chore. No one enjoys it. The pressure to buy. The haggling. Jason was our client advisor and WOW. Very knowledgeable of the cars. Not pushy. Went above and beyond to get us all of the info we needed. Again, NOT pushy whatsoever. It felt like we were just hanging out with a friend and talking about cars. Very professional and friendly service. This is consistent each time I visit. For whatever reason, the car always has a new car feel after leaving the shop. While performing maintenance, the technician sends me what they are doing which keeps me informed.
