Wonderful customer service! Harold Shelby was so helpful to me to resolve some issues I was having. He truly went the extra mile. Amit Thanki helped me with the computer systems and seems to be all knowing in explaining the sometimes complicated on board system and making sure everything is properly set up. I dropped an older BMW off for a systems problem which i had researched. The diagnostic and troubleshooting resolved one portion of the issue. The value arrived when Candice was able to have the mechanic chat with me to explain the remaining challenges and why. This is what I was seeking as part of the service.
