This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

This 4000 lb beast maneuvers like a sports car. As someone who's always been passionate about cars, I leaned towards vehicles like the 3 series coupe or Audi A5. However, when the need for family space arose, SUVs felt dull. Then I got behind the wheel of the X5. It's a revelation—you truly don't have to compromise. There's ample space, exceptional handling, and a range of engines from powerful to downright exhilarating (like the X5M).

We Purchased our third BMW form TMC late this fall. Both Rick and Gregg helped us and they were both excellent. Great product knowledge and these cars have lots of options! We live in western NH so we would not made the drive unless the service and selection were the tops!

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

Found 2014 Audi A4 Quattro manual transmission on Saugus Auto Mall website and called after hours to set up a test drive for the next day. Car was in great condition and was really fun to drive. Though the car's price was very competitive for the market (we shopped around for a few weeks) it was just slightly outside of our price range and they were able to meet us in the middle. We test drove the car for a second time the next day. Both times there was no hassling or pressure from Ali or the Saugus team. We decided to buy the car cash and everything went so smoothly. When we got home we realized it was one of those unicorn car buying experiences. The DMV is super slow right now during the pandemic so we had to wait for a full week for our paper plates and registration to come through. The car was fully detailed and everything was in order when we came to pick it up. Also, we had asked for one of the tires to be replaced because it was damaged and they ended up replacing ALL four tires! Great experience buying a used Audi! Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

My story: on Saturday Morning 5/31 I was blindsided in my BMW X6 (also a BMW Manchester acquisition). By the morning of Wednesday 6/4 the insurance company totaled my car. By Wednesday at 6PM I was driving out of the Manchester BMW dealership with a perfect solution to my needs. A final note to keynote my respect…sitting in my destroyed car on Saturday because I couldn’t exit the vehicle. I called two people…one of them was Dawn Jellow and one was a family member. Exceed a customer’s expectation…Dawn defines the service.

Purchased 2 months ago. Driven only 535 miles. Still on the dealership's tank of gas and have 300 mile range left on remaining gas. Most drives are within 10-15 miles of my home. A couple of 20-30 mile trips so far (40-60 miles round trip). At this rate, it could be 2024 before needing to fill the tank for the first time. Thrown the X5 into Sports Mode a few times to experience the power but routinely use electric only. Stable, great control, heads up display best I've seen, autobraking and sense of the road is great. Good visibility and neither too sporty or too luxury. It's just right.

After have had Mercedes since 1985 this is my First BMW. My 2024 x5 is a winner. I love almost all of it.. The only issue is the seats are not as good as the GLE Mercecedes. The Dealership is the Best!!! Avery and Gregg are as nice as they could be...

I just bought a certified pre-owned BMW at BMW peabody. The salesperson i dealt with was Andrew Madigan. He was very polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. He answered any and all questions i had and was extremely patient with me. He made the experience easy and enjoyable. The same was true for the finance person, Prerak. He was also polite, courteous, and knowledgable. Both gentlemen made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable!

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

Purchased my fifth BMW, a 2025 X5 m40i. My last BMW was A 2024 X5 M60i so I have a little experience with both the V6 and V8 X5. The 8 cylinder is a beast and very fast, but the X5 is more of a luxury SUV than a performance car, so I opted for the Turbo Charged six cylinder. Plenty of power and about 10 mpg better gas mileage. I enjoy technology and have all the available packages. I find the tech reliable and easy to operate. I have 22” black wheels on my BMW, so I opted for the optional wheel and tire warranty as I’ve always had wheels fail by hitting pot holes, etc.

First SUV. This X5 is the best. Looks, ride, technology , athletic, and base motor is strong. This is my 6th BMW they just keep getting better..
