Used BMW X5 for sale near Hewlett Harbor, NY under $899,990

I wanted to write a review to simply say what an amazing car salesman and overall person Lance Kovar is. He is truly honest and has his customers best interest at heart. I have searched for several BMW's and always return to Lance because of his great spirits.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I want to commend Bernice Hunter, a sales representative at Ray Catena BMW of Westchester , in White Plains, New York on assisting me on my recent purchase of a 2018 BMW X 3. Her professional knowledge of BMW vehicles and products made my experience enjoyable and stress free. I would highly recommend Bernice Hunter, to anyone interested in buying a BMW vehicle.

i had an issue with a bad transfer case on a 2013 328i. I had complained of a noise in that car for a year or so but it was never formally documented in service log. Finally it was found that it was the transfer case.. 4K part. my extended warranty was over. I was very upset. however, i want to thank Tim Stone, Service manager and John the deal GM for going out of their way to look at this matter and at the end fix it with no charge. I really appreciated their efforts! They were sensitive to a customers predicament and did the right thing. Thank you! However, my experience with BMW North America Customer Service was horrible. Those folks know absolutely nothing about cars. Why do they work at BMW? Not a good front for BMW to have folks that do not know literally nothing about BMW or mechanics answering phones and talking to clients. She also told me that i could not speak to anyone above her as her manager was HR and did not know cars. Hmmm, i hope someone at BMW headquarters is reading this.

I purchased a new vehicle. My BMW rep was Luis Reyes. I have been buying new cars for many years. Working with Luis was the best overall experience I can recall. Always available, knowledgeable and courteous. I have had post sales interactions with him and the same high level of attention and courtesy was extended to me. Thank you Luis!

I'd like to preface this review with, we are from out of state and depended on reviews while shopping for our vehicle and we were prepared to walk away at anytime. I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

Words cannot BEGIN to describe the incredible experience I had with Jabir!
