This 4000 lb beast maneuvers like a sports car. As someone who's always been passionate about cars, I leaned towards vehicles like the 3 series coupe or Audi A5. Purchased 2 years ago. Drives like a rocketship. handles extremely well. no issues thus far, just regular maintenance. Interior is very well designed and very comfortable. The caro area is well designed as well.

I was looking for a 2022 Navigator and Driven Auto had the only one in a 300 mile radius for a competitive price. The pictures of the vehicle were excellent, so I requested more info and their salesman Basil got back with me. He was extremely helpful and even checked to see if I could reserve the vehicle since I was out of state and it was Saturday and couldn't get into the dealership until Monday. I scheduled a trip to the dealership and let Basil know. When I got to the dealership, the car was washed and ready for me. The detailing was top notch. Basil was helpful and not pushy at all. He answered any and all questions and worked with my bank to get the purchase finalized. When the paperwork was signed, they didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra things. I really appreciated that. Overall it was very pleasant experience and everything went smoothly. The price was very competitive across 3 states, and Basil was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. I saw several reviews complain that Driven Auto didn't hold a car and sold it before they got there, so yes it really is first come first serve, but to me that is completely understandable and was communicated very clearly to me. 5 out of 5 would buy there again.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I buy cars every other year. I come in and met Michael Fesatte. It was very positive meeting and my wife and I were very pleased how we were treated. We ended up buying a new 2025 X1. 1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

This was the best purchasing experiences I have ever had. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The vehicle was as advertised. Sometimes pictures don't accurately depict the vehicle, not in this case. I would highly recommend CAW to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle and be treated like an MVP!

We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

Let me start off by saying JOHN (in service) is the real deal. He is the only reason I would come back to BMW & Elmhurst. Every encounter I had at this dealership he made it feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. His professionalism & attitude was great even when mine may not have been. Once again when I buy my next BMW and it will be at Elmhurst BMW, it will be because of John and sorry salesman I’m dealing with John on that purchase even if he is in service!!!!!!!!

Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

I frequently change cars because I love to learn and experience new vehicles. I bought a new 2020 RR Defender and traded it after 5 months for the X5. I wasn't really looking for a new car but fell in love with the X5 while accompanying a friend on a test drive. I really like that it handles like an ultimate driving machine. And the drive characteristics are extremely customizable. It's quiet, quick and comfortable. No squeaks or rattles - the RR had a few. It's a solid German example of automotive excellence.

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

I love my X5 !!! It meets all my needs. There is enough space for the dogs and the kids. It drives great, it is very comfortable. Big enough but not too big. It tows well.
