Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Been coming here for about 2 yrs now. Excellent customer service. Just ask for Myron ge will take care of everything. Done a few repairs (all warranty items) all others are vehicle maintenance. No issues.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

Purchased 2 years ago. Drives like a rocketship. handles extremely well. no issues thus far, just regular maintenance. Interior is very well designed and very comfortable. The caro area is well designed as well.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

I'm trying to find a vehicle with small dn pymnt and low monthly payments as I'm on disability. But rite now I can afford to pay like 200 or 300 dn if pymnts are not to high. PLEASE FIND SOMEONE TO HELP ME. Thank you . Candace Grant

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

For my this is Perfect car I ever have, 100 percent I can tell it is very very good. Already I done 6000 miles and not change my opinion

This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

Although I have not purchased a vehicle from this establishment; (yet) I still want to highlight my experience. From the get go, I worked with Jennifer. She was amazing!!! Purchased my fifth BMW, a 2025 X5 m40i. My last BMW was A 2024 X5 M60i so I have a little experience with both the V6 and V8 X5. The 8 cylinder is a beast and very fast, but the X5 is more of a luxury SUV than a performance car, so I opted for the Turbo Charged six cylinder. Plenty of power and about 10 mpg better gas mileage. I enjoy technology and have all the available packages. I find the tech reliable and easy to operate. I have 22” black wheels on my BMW, so I opted for the optional wheel and tire warranty as I’ve always had wheels fail by hitting pot holes, etc.

Lots of Cars available Easy to maneuver web site prices are reasonable . I did not purchase at this time but would consider I have a later time

1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

Love my X5! Gives us room we need to travel heavy! This vehicle is amazing. It is super comfortable and the technology is amazing. I am a super proud BMW owner!

I frequently change cars because I love to learn and experience new vehicles. I bought a new 2020 RR Defender and traded it after 5 months for the X5. I wasn't really looking for a new car but fell in love with the X5 while accompanying a friend on a test drive. I really like that it handles like an ultimate driving machine. And the drive characteristics are extremely customizable. It's quiet, quick and comfortable. No squeaks or rattles - the RR had a few. It's a solid German example of automotive excellence.

I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

My wife and I have built 3 Jeeps with Mike and are soon going to build 2 for our twins who are about to turn 16. Process is seamless and Mike and his crew are very professional.
