Price was perfect for budget paid upfront no financing .Did not care for the finance department additional sales attempts for additional warranties & pre payments . The Sales process was managed in a straightforward and understandable manner by Mr. Palmisano who was polite and professional. The Finance discussion, managed by Mr. Montgomery, who was mannered and direct, clearly outlined the finance arrangement. Finally, the Product Specialist spent careful time with me outlining the car's technology available to me as owner/driver. He also came to my home to ensure the garage door was properly connected to the car. Altogether a fine sales experience.
