This is my first BMW and I could not be happier with my dealer experience! Faraz Louie helped me and he could not have been easier to work with. He showed me the cars I was interested in and pointed out the various bells and whistles of this amazing car. I was very comfortable throughout the entire experience. Mason was the manager who made the final decision and he was professional, knowledgeable and efficient! I had a prior engagement I had to go to and they all made it work in 2.5 hrs! Reaching out and expressing interest in purchasing a new car, they were very accommodating and provided clear communication, to include instant quotes. Once I purchased my car, it seemed as if the communication has lapsed unfortunately.

Went in there for an oil change. Even though I had an appointment, waiting time was over two hours. Still, the overall experience was great. Nice waiting area with coffee and snacks!

Awesome experience with Adam very attentive and non judgemental. He was very detailed with the contact and very knowledgeable. However, Jesus who works the shop that sells hats and keychains unmeasurably rude on so many levels. I put a BMW hat on hold and it was 1 min and 30sec remaining he said extremely rude Its closed and I have somewhere to be I proceeded to plead and say it was on the register on hold with the cashier who was ringing up a customer. But remember the doors were not closed yet and they were still helping someone. My sister and I just bought 150k in cars that day and didnt even get I AM SORRY come back tomorrow .. just I have somewhere to be.. From the front to the back was exceptionally amazing but Jesus if I had not already looked at a car, we would have went somewhere else. Five star everything. - 5 stars for the store representative.

This is my 5th lease with Crevier BMW, and my sales associate Peter was amazing as always. Knowing I might be over in mileage, he was able to get me out of my lease early and into a new vehicle. He went out of his way to come in on his day off in order to get the deal closed. I was in and out of the dealership in two hours flat. For a mother with two kids, I don’t have a lot of time, so I very much appreciated the speedy process. Would definitely recommend Crevier BMW and Peter to anyone looking for a fantastic and beautiful car!

This dealer had great customer service from beginner to end. The salesperson was friendly, no pressure which I appreciated and if he did not know an answer he found it for us. The procurement part took awhile like expected but they worked with us until we were comfortable with the loan.

Peter was helpful and super friendly but this dealer didn’t tell me the car needs a brake job and on the freeway driving home I noticed that it did. Steering wheel was shaking and vibrating when u hit the brakes while going 70mph, lower speeds not so much. Also somehow my loan that I was pre approved with chase was declined and I went with bmws loan. 63440 price tag I put 40800 down and some how I owe them 37k now. Mean while there is a spacer on the back tires and on the freeway u hear this load noise and feels like your driving an off-road truck.
