On Friday 8 December 2023 I took my car to Oursman Jeep in Bowie , Maryland. For whatever reason the computer would not recognize the key when trying to initiate ignition. At Ourisman Jeep the service advisor , Mr. David Valenzuela, listened to my concerns and, at no point, did he interrupt allowing me to to clearly present the problem. He asked me a handful of questions to narrow down the possible cause of the problem . A short time later he decided it was not the car itself but the fob battery. He replaced the battery in both of my fobs : problem solved! I certainly was impressed with how he deduced what the cause of the was. As impressive as the problem solving was , what was equally impressive was his command of "Customer Service 101". Eye contact, respect for me as a customer/ human being and not as "the guy with the malfunctioning Jeep". He was patient to a fault. Great example of "just getting the job done the right way". 5 stars, at least.

I did some research before going to UAC and everyone lived up to the reviews that I read. It was great family atmosphere and I felt like I knew them for ages. When I walk in the door with no appointment I was greeted by Baker who was very professional and polite. I informed him about the car that I was interested in and he gave all the details, Carfax information and explained all components from the beginning until I left. Finance went extremely smooth I was in and out. It’s no words that I can explain about Jessica like I said early I felt like I known her for years. She treated me more like friend/family not just like a customer. Jessica was extremely accurate with numbers and we discussed the payment and interest rate that will suit me. This has been my preferred dealership since I’ve owned my 2019 QX60 and I’ve posted a glowing Google review prior to today but I’m leaving another glowing review today. This morning I was leaving for work and my truck wouldn’t start even though my battery is a month old. I called the Service Center and was able to head straight there after jump starting my vehicle. After a thorough diagnostic we could pinpoint the issue or identify any computer codes pointing to the issue and instead of charging me for some random work or trying to make up reasons to perform work just to earn money, Ty Robinson (this is the service rep I always go to) was completely honest and has never steered me wrong when it comes to my vehicle. He kept me updated and informed and he’s always professional. I got a few minor things done since I was there anyway but really appreciated that, just like prior visits, I’m treated very well whether I spend a ton of money or none at all. I should point out that the dealership facility is very welcoming and comfortable—I prefer to come here even though I live closer to the Annapolis dealership. At the point where I don’t mind waiting a few hours for my vehicle instead of heading home (they offer complimentary Uber), that really says something.

Purchased a new Wrangler this week. Came from out of state because they had the best prices! From start to finish I was absolutely pleased!!!! Marc and Tony assisted with the process before hand over the phone prior to traveling to the dealership. Once there, Tony and Marc we friendly, fast, and super helpful. I've had this car for over a year now and I am generally impressed....drives great (even in snow), is quite comfortable, has lots of features, decent electronics, gets excellent mileage with and without the battery. Negatives: cheap "leather" interior, door sill is too wide to get out without getting dirt on the back of your leg (even without the options step), backup cross traffic safety is useless unless you are backing into a wall, and the hands-free lift gate is disabled if you get a trailer hitch. All fixable if BMW but some effort into it.
