Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

Gary is an incredible Manager, that leads a great team of Service Consultants that have wonderful Customer Service skills like Daniel and Mary. Coming from another dealer closer to home I had discovered Fields BMW in Northfield. Their customer service is top notch to other BMW dealers I have been to and I have since taken my service and sales business here and have leased my past two vehicles with Fields Auto Group. Ask for Carrie Shapiro, senior client advisor and she will take the upmost care of you! Everyone in the service department is pleasant to work with! In the past have worked with Jerry M., Ed P, and Chris Goodrich and they all take care of you with the same level of care.

The staff there were very helpful with my questions regarding the vehicle I was interested in. They even offered to pick me up at the airport (Chicago O'Hare) if I decided to fly in to purchase and pick up the vehicle.

The service experience with Biggers Chevrolet was excellent, as always, this time for a brake job. It took a little longer than expected because the replacement process was apparently more detailed since it was a Buick LaCrosse. However, the service staff kept me informed and out the door in a timely fashion. Even though my vehicle is not a Chevy, I come to Biggers for repairs/service due to the sales and service trust that has been built up over multiple decades. Thank you.

I had an exceptional experience with Michael Romero. I contacted him about a BMW X2 and he confirmed the vehicle was in stocked. I came in the dealership 30 minutes later where I was directed to him. They are so busy it sometimes takes a while to get an appt; but service techs provide good service. Dennis Narsson has ben my tech advisor for my last two visits; has explained the problems and kept me updated as to progress. I have been a service customer for ~8 years.

This is my second X5, and the X5 45e is a great hybrid vehicle without any of the usual compromises. It has all the amenities of a standard X5, with the added value of the electric drive and $7500 Federal Tax Credits. The vehicle can be plugged in, or even recharges while driving (when that feature is activated). I highly recommend this vehicle for those considering a new SUV or Hybrid.
